The Crape Myrtles are starting to branch out after planting. From sales to delivery all went great. I'd order again if needed from this company.
I ordered 8 crepe myrtle trees 2-3 foot height and within a week they all show signs of growth. We are very pleased. Initial shipment missed 3 of the 8 root rocket fertilizer and customer service promptly shipped them out. One of the best remote plant shopping experiences I've had and I will continue to return to this vendor for our landscaping needs. Happy to recommend this online shop to anyone that asks.

I ordered three plants on the same day. It's the first time i received my plants in a poor condition. I am still hoping one of them survives. All three plants arrived together in a small box, where they were all smooched together and the leaves on one of the plants barely had any left. I am very disappointed because that particular plant was expensive. At this time my Barbados cherry tree has barely any leaves, I am watching the plant however, it doesn't look happy at all.

Great buying experience however shipping was delayed several times. Tree arrived upside down but was luckily packaged properly and not damaged. Hopefully this tree provides fruit for years to come!
I ordered the tree a few weeks ago. It took 3 days for the order to process. It then took 2 weeks for the shipping to process. Tree arrived 3 days after original date. I don't know if this was due to fast growing trees or shipping company.

So I ordered two 4-5 foot mimosa trees. They arrived in a timely manner as I paid for shipping. However when I opened the box to my surprise I received a stick. The branches had been cut off. So now in my yard I have a stick planted with no progress since planting. When emailed back from them the response was, trees lose their branches and leads during dormant time of the year. Are you freaking kidding me, trees lose their BRANCHES. I paid for trees not a stick. I would NOT recommend this company. Go to Pike Nurseries, they have wonderful trees and just as well priced, plus they guarantee for life!

I received two boxes containing plants. Once box contained two persimmon trees. The box should have been shipped horizontal based on the placement of the trees; however, it was delivered vertical (although the tag said "this side up"). One of the tree's root ball was greatly disturbed and all the soil was displaced. I planted both trees within 30 feet of each other and the one that was not disturbed is blooming; however, the other is not. I plan on giving the second one a few more days to see if it blooms before contacting the company. The other box contained 23 tri colored dappled willow shrubs and looked like it was handled roughly. 5-6 of the willows were greatly disturbed with soil spilling from the pot. I placed those in a particular section of my yard and they appear to be struggling; however, the others that were not disturbed appear to be healthy. I think the rough treatment of the shipping may impact a few of the plants... we will see over the next few days if they begin budding...

I placed an order at the beginning of March for two Red Ruffles Azalea shrubs. FGT had a very quick turnaround before shipping at what is a busy time of the year for nurseries. Unfortunately, when my package arrived, only one of the two Azaleas were Red Ruffles. The other was a Delaware Valley White! I called the customer service line, explained the situation, and the woman I spoke to was very gracious, both apologizing (for what I am certain is an easy error to make during the busy season), and immediately making my order whole! The next day my second Red Ruffle shipped. Now I have two very healthy and vigorous Red Azaleas prominently flanking my front door! 5/5 for FGT, I will use them again!
This was a very positive experience.
One possible issue however is that one of the trees was dislodged from its packaging during shipment and the root ball separated. Our plan is to observe how it does. I took photos before fully unpacking and can forward them at your request.

I was unimpressed with the immaturity of the trees that arrived. I paid extra for the 6-7 foot trees and they were barely 6 feet including the root ball and had a single limb with no branches.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
