Great customer service. They answer all questions and resolve any issues immediately. I only buy trees, plants and shrubs here. I have not found another nursery that provides such healthy plants and fair prices. I have previously purchased cinnamon tree, avocado trees, lime, mandarin orange tree, fragrant olive tea trees, peppercorn, and other plants. As you can see, I am a fan of Fast Growing Trees.

Plants came packaged well. Lasted a year and did not come back.

Very good experience. Ordered Japanese Maple tree as part of my memory garden. It matters that I haven't killed it.

My 1st Saturn donut tree died and it got replaced. Customer service and expert support are commendable. I'm not a gardener but I like to take photos of the plants.

I have sent a windmill palm to my niece for her birthday. They are on time and good service I have one now and I sprinkle epsum salts around the trunk of the tree about every six months. It has helped it grow faster.

Replacement Rainbow Eucalyptus arrived today. Has leaves, not cut off at top, very nice looking tree. Will not die like previous one. Very happy with your replacement policy.

They tax the shipping cost and move that straight to the bottom line. Although legal in SC, it's just a terrible thing to do. Greed is the motivator

Most plants were good, solid fast acclimation, and high quality. 2 were not. The 1 year guarantee wasn't free back then. That's why I came back.

Plants shipped to me have been healthy and are thriving. I have been very pleased with dealings(plant purchases) with Fast growing trees.

Not happy with the tree I bought and was delivered from a northern state instead of San Antonio like my other purchases.

I first purchased a tree in 2012 and that tree and many others purchased for Wisconsin and Indiana have been very healthy and happy plants.

Great variety on trees but die right under a year. So you'd have to purchase the warranty. I've bought fruit trees from Lowes and local nurseries and they are still Alive and Striving but but these trees don't seem to want to stay alive. I purchase because of variety...

I ordered a 6-7' Live Oak last fall and it arrived well-packaged and beautiful. I followed instructions, talked with a close friend who owns a landscaping business, planted, mulched, watered and it did fine through the winder until spring. I contacted FGT.com and they are replacing. I'm hoping to plant early and water all summer to get it acclimated and ready before winter!

Bushes arrived safely and on time, and were soon put into large pots. Very easy for me to receive them from our Lobby and get them planted.\

I received a dead stick and was given the honor of paying more than $100 for it. It is still in the ground, still a stick. Three years later.
