The delivery was first announced for arriving on Friday, May 22. We delayed departure for the long weekend waiting for them. Near 5:00 pm, we got an update that it in fact they would arrive on Tuesday May 26. Relieved, we left for the weekend only to get a message on Saturday that the trees were being delivered on Saturday, May 23. We worried about them all weekend. When we returned on Monday, May 25, the box had been left upright, not laying down as requested on the packaging on our front porch. We immediately released the trees from the packaging and watered them. They survived, but we would have felt better if at least the box had been left laying down as suggested. Perhaps better instructions at the point of departure to Fedex would be appropriate?
The desert rose I bought from Fast Growing Trees came in healthy and larger than I expected. I potted it and it is gracing my patio.
Received everything on time, Goji berry shrubs looked a bit mangled and sparse but all other plants looked ok. Thanks
Tree arrived in shock and we were unable to get the tree to come out of shock. We transplanted the tree into a larger pot and watered but the tree never revived.
Trees Arrived in fair condition. Kumquat and tangelo nearly bare - few leaves and most were crispy. Rosemary arrived completely dead. Meyer bush was in the best shape and has best chance of thriving.
Everything that I wanted was in stock which was different from other online sites. Everything that I ordered shipped on time and was packaged great with no damage. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great selection when purchasing trees and shrubbery.
Everything was good. The trees were beyond my expectations of quality and how they were shipped. FedEx messed up and delivery went to another address and required driving to retrieve them. But this was not the fault of fast growing trees.

Received dead tree and they would only replace it I paid more money. They were unresponsive to initial request for replacement. They charge extra for insurance that plant is not dead. Their advertisements are lies.

I have received over 10 plants/trees in a couple shipments over the past few months and only a couple were healthy and not infested with aphids and flies, sparse leaves, or had lime scale covering the leaves. I will no longer purchase any plants from then again. Good nice people just poor plants.
I bought a number of fruit trees last year about 8 or 9. Four of them did not thrive at all. I called to intimate you of the failure but I was told that I did not purchase warranty on them. This was not quite encouraging. Even the ones that are not dead were not growing as expected. The only one that is doing excellently well is the Guava. Last year, it produced about 5 good fruits. This year again, it has a lot of fruiting, but the concern I have now is that most of the fruits are falling off before growing big, for no reason.
Big order -- $840 -- eight shrubs, one tree. Shrubs nice, tree awful (sparse branches, misshapen canopy... certainly NOWHERE NEAR the one pictured on their site). Since the eight shrubs were nice, I would have given them four stars just for this. However, return / replacement of the tree has been a huge hassle (delayed response, excuses, lame explanations, yadda, yadda). Bottom line: Never Again.
This is second time I have bought a plant from Fast Growing trees; and once again, had a great experience. Plant arrived on schedule; was packaged nicely; looked exactly like the picture; and was very easy to plant. It looks amazing in my back yard.
I've sent an email on May 23rd through Fastgrowingtrees.com website's email contact form, but have not heard any response yet. The reason for my email is because I recently discovered the raspberry plant I purchased is twice the price of home depot. I bought Bushel and Berry Raspberry shortcake bush (2 gal) for $79.95, and for the exactly same sized plant, home depot is only selling it for $39.98. Due to the current COVID-19, the trees are experiencing very long transition time by carrier. When I received the tree, all the leave are completely yellow and the trees are still struggling to survive after a week.
Plants arrived healthy and planted immediately. Only disappointment was with the delivery delay, which I believe was simply due to the current pandemic.
I am happy about the trees but some were smaller than what I ordered.
We ordered 2-3 feet trees and some were significantly smaller than 2 feet and some were a bit bigger than 3 feet.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
