The plant came in I was amazed never before ordered a plant and it came in that beautiful. No brown leaves are anything AMAZING
I am a little concerned that the two plants were shipped together in same long box with the plants facing each other. The way they were placed several of the stems were crushed or completely broken off; particularly the rose. I am hoping they recover well.
The lemon is weak and skinny broken on top. First time buyer. For the price i thought it's gonna be big and healthy.
Please with the condition the tree arrived in. I was skeptical about ordering a tree online but in the end I am satisfied.
Healthy trees arrived on time. I've ordered from them before and I was trees look great or year later so I decided to go ahead and place another order very happy I did
It seemed like it took forever to ship (ordered on the third of May, at first it said it'd get here the Monday after Mother's Day, then I got a generic 'late shipment' email on the 6th, again on the 9th, and then the site said it wouldn't ship til the 15th the day after I got the second email) But it did eventually get here.
It had to sit outside for a while, since the arrival date got so scrambled and neither my mother or I knew exactly when it was getting home, but it was in fairly good condition. Some odd pulling on two of the leaves where they're torn away from the veins, and we had to fight the pot it was in to replant the tree in a much bigger pot on casters, it either outgrew the ready-plant bag in the process of the scramble or it never was in one in the first place. It's doing well right now though, and enjoyed a sunny Memorial Day weekend!
So far things are good we received tree and have planted iin our yard. WE have had Rain on it and it seems to be happy. More later
The communication was very good. They sent easy instructions. The packaging of the ball was excellent.
My flying dragon is alive but not doing much, the hardy kiwis died right away. Expensive! Not sure if I'd order from here again.
Plant looks nice and were healthy and undamaged. The lemon tree and the mandarin orange tree arrived well packed.
I like that the trees were packaged so that they would not get damaged during the delivery. They arrived safe and in good condition. I will enjoy seeing them grow.

Received my tree yesterday. Planted it yesterday too. It looks really healthy. However, i paid a lot for a 5-6ft tree & may have to cut it back to 3ft since it was never properly pruned when young. Very poor angles and no leader. Even Central Modified leader will not be possible unless I start from scratch, cut it down below All branches and go back to retraining the new limbs which should sprout this season for training next spring.
Ordering these trees was an expensive option compared to "big box" stores with garden centers. But I now know it was worth it. These trees were very healthy and shaped very well. The packaging was awesome. Years ago I ordered trees from another vendor over the internet, and the packaging just did not compare. It was not only effective, it was cleverly done. I have planted the trees and they are doing perfectly well.
3 of the 5 trees were missing almost all the leaves from shipment. 1 had the top 12 inches snapped off. Planted them immediately. Hope they recover.
I ordered 2 fig trees and everything came to great condition. Nex time i would only order in Fats Growing Trees.
