Hello, my tree arrived relatively healthy, but shortly after has just started dying rapidly. All the leaves are dead now and I'm not sure why?
The box arrived squished and ripped, even though it was marked 'fragile'. For how much it cost to ship, I expected better. Fortunately the plant wasn't damaged much (but the stakes had all been snapped) and it's growing well now.

I ordered this tree three weeks ahead for Father's Day when it was guaranteed to arrive on time. It was not shipped until the Monday after Father's Day so it arrived several days after needed. However I have had such good experience with this company in the past, that I am willing to be flexible under the difficulties presented by working during a pandemic/protests that have affected all systems. The tree arrived in good condition and it happily in our years with it's companions.

I purchased the 5-6 ft citrus trees in mid-May and received them about two weeks later. Both are a bit over 6'. They arrived in reasonable shape although a few limbs were damaged in the shipping process. Unfortunately, that entailed losing four immature fruits between the two of them--very disappointing. Overall, they looked a bit stressed but nothing too severe. The other minor issue is that despite rinsing them off a few times, the leaves continue to have a spotty residue on them.
I decided to acclimate the two trees to the outdoor sunshine very slowly and cautiously to avoid damaging the leaves on the plants. To facilitate the ease of moving them and reduce the stress of the shipping process, I also waited four weeks to repot them. I purchased and used the associated products recommended by FGT (Root Rocket, Superthrive, and Citrus Tree Care Kit) when transplanting them. One new bloom appeared in the four weeks since they arrived; I now have one very immature fruit on each tree. Hoping to see more very soon.
As far as my experience with the company/purchase experience, I found it to be efficient and would consider doing it again. It's too soon to say if I am totally satisfied with this purchase re. The plants' longer term viability and fruit production.
Great company recommended to everybody I know. I placed an order with quite a few things and one plant got left out contacted fast growing trees.com and same day my plan with shipped out.
I was unhappy with the state my plants arrived in. I wrote a negative review because the site promises healthy arrival of plants. Mine were not. My review was never posted to their site and no costumer service rep contacted me.
Everything was packed well and I was updated when shipping was delayed.
While their customer service is great, shipping is inconsistent. About 50% of my orders arrive dead or almost dead, out of the pot or broken, the others look terrific. Unlikely I would order from them again.

1 looks like it is dying but sprouted A new cane from the base first. I'm pretty certain my soil was not quite ready. Other plant looks good and also looks like a new cane sprouted from it's base already. This is my first garden so I have a lot to learn.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
