They somehow managed to cram all 3 of the plants I ordered into one small box. I wanted to be impressed, but half of the branches came snapped off and/or brown, so there's a lot of regrowing I need to do. I also slashed my hand on the giant staples they use to seal their boxes
Ultimately, I'm too lazy to send them back, but I'm probably not going to buy from here again.
Purchased apple trees as a gift for my son & his girlfriend's new home. Took a little longer than expected to get there but they are growing well!
Amazing condition when they were delivered. Will order through you again
I ordered & received a Tuscarora Crape Myrtle tree (3 ft. Size) in May and followed their instructions exactly, planting it the same day it arrived. The tree is alive, but it is the saddest 2-limb stick I've ever seen. I've called, sent photos, emails, and been told this is the normal representation of what they send from their nursery, and I need to be patient and that in about 2-3 years the tree should flourish. I happened to be at Lowe's and Home Depot and saw the Crape Myrtle trees and bushes being sold and they were full, green, lush, loaded with buds and flowers. Their trees looked like trees, as did the bushes being sold in all varieties and colors. It's apparent I made a mistake purchasing the tree from Fast Growing Trees. Their warranty is worthless (which I purchased) and the only response I received from their "tree expert" was to be patient and the tree will grow. I have two sticks in the ground, literally two sticks with some leaves on them standing about 3 ft. Tall. That's my wonderful tree. Buyer beware... check out your local nurseries before making purchases from Fast Growing. I doubt I will ever see anything even resembling a tree in my lifetime.
Trees arrived quickly after placing the order. All in good shape and all still alive after a hot summer
I have purchased 20+ plants from fast growing trees.com over the past few years. The plants are overpriced for what you get but they are all healthy and have survived. I chose to keep purchasing from them since I wanted my plants to match in size. My local nursery and box stores do not sell plants this small. I even splurged and bought the largest blueberry bush they had. It still looks nothing like the pictures. Probably won't for many years. I paid 1/3 of the price for healthier looking ones at my nursery. I bought some arbor vitae's one year and bought another 10 pack this year. They are different. First ones were bushier and the second shipment was much slimmer. But again they all have survived even thru the frigid Chicago winter so they're good plants. Thus the 4*'s. But for double the price of the trees I purchased I could have gotten ones from homedepot that we're 4x as tall.
Excellent plants, great service, replaced one tree damaged in shipment free of charge
It took fast-growing-trees two months to send 6 boxwoods which arrived yellow and without soil, pots sizes were wrong(of course smaller). The customer service after two weeks said that everything was in fact fine-- the plants, the pots size and the order. They read pictures as they wish.
Our two trees arrived. Well packed and in very good condition. The balls were moist and the trees were not struggling. We soaked them overnight and planted the following day. They have not looked back! Healthy trees.
I sent 4 emails in regards to my concern and called, i placed an order of 4 hydrangeas and never received a response. 2 out of 4 are not blooming or having any greenery growth. This order was placed back in may we are now in August and still have not received a call or email. I'm very disappointed.

Both the bay leaf and avocado trees arrived in perfect packaging, were easy to unload, and have transplanted beautifully into their new pots. Both are growing beautifully. I can't wait until we get our first avocado, and we have already been cooking with the bay leaves!
Great tree. Is growing in my front yard and is going through flowering.
Trees arrived on time and in good shape. Hope they'll bear fruit next year
The lemon tree was a gift for my grandaughter. It arrived in good condition with adequate wrapping. It is doing well.
Thank you,

Got my tree, shipped fast, it's growing great, what more can you ask for
Great tree quality despite the heavy delays in shipping the team was exceptional and vet helpful and the trees when recurved where in great shape!
I ordered $306.30 worth of plants from Fast Growing Trees. This was 2 hydrangeas and 1 Fiddle Leaf tree. I ordered them on 17 June at which time FGT deducted the amount from my account. The plants did not ship until 09 July and arrived on 10 July. The poor quality of the plants and the manner in which they were shipped(caused significant damage and left on a front porch in 100o temps) were problematic. I immediately called FGT and spoke to a representative. She asked for pictures which I sent on 13 July. I have never heard from them even though I have emailed them twice and called once. The Fiddle Leaf was in such bad shape there wasn't a single leaf on this plant which wasn't burnt or damaged. It has not recovered. The hydrangeas were cut back and one is showing a glimmer of life. The other was dead on arrival. I don't know how a company that touts themselves as a plant company could find pride in the product which was shipped and the way it was shipped. Buyer beware!

We moved to a place with no trees. I researched types of trees and compared prices. I was skeptical about ordering trees online, but because the reviews were good for Fast Growing trees, I decided to give them a try. Over the last few months I've ordered a total of 42 trees. Most arrived in great condition. One of the hybrid poplar lost all of its leaves shortly after arrival, but they all grew back. Some trees had root shock after planting them, but I kept watering and they're thriving. I bought the root rocket to give them a good head start but that was it. Didn't buy any of the other growth help products. My soil is part clay out in the plains of eastern Colorado. My first group of trees are showing new growth and I expect the same over the next couple of months before fall and winter arrive. I am so very pleased with my purchase and Fast Growing Trees products and service. If you're looking for a great place to buy trees and don't want to pay nursery prices, try www.Fastgrowingtrees.com!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
