The plants I received were mostly all in great health. The one plant that was not alive when it arrived was promptly replaced. My real complaint is that many of the plants were repotted to larger pots shortly before shipping, causing the dirt to spill during shipping and many of the plants to even come out of the pots. I purchased the largest plants possible but think I got smaller plants in larger pots. I addressed this with customer service with no response. Anyway - I will order again from them as the plants are doing well and are of good quality.
Got my mom a fig tree for mothers day and she absolutely loves it. Always making sure its nice and taken care of
The dura heat river birches look great and have taken well to planting. The avocado tree lost what looks like 40 leaves but is growing new ones now that it's planted.
The delivery arrived quickly, but the tree I received did have some damaged branches. Not sure if it was Fast Growing Trees or the shipper they used.
I knew this was going to be bad. I ordered on June 5th. I sent a message, more than once, asking a question and didn't get a response. Tried calling multiple times. After a couple of weeks, I sent another trying to cancel. No response, except stating it had shipped. It hadn't. I sent another in regards to canceling. Then I get this today. $184.00 for this. They threw the fertilizer I bought on top of 2 plants they crammed together. I haven't fully looked 2 of them over, but the petra leaves are eaten up also. See photos.

Everything went well. The tree arrived on a Wed before my wife's Sat birthday and I told Marilyn that there was a mess on the front porch. When she say that the mess was an orange tree, she was most happy. But, the picture shows a tree that must be 4 feet tall and our tree has leaves that are 6 feet from the ground. Never mind, the tree has been placed in new pots and is facing west in my work room. We are happy with it!
They first sent 3 crepe myrtles and none of them made it. They all looked terrible since day 1. They sent me 3 more for free but the looked as bad as the first ones. They are half way dead. Do not expect me to be ordering from here again.

They are outrageously high priced but the quality is like the cheap trash! I ordered three plants with very high price, but what I got was some trash instead! I wrote them many times, I called them but no response made from their side. They did not email me back and did not pick up the phone either! They are fraudulent and cheats!

I placed an order for 3 plants on June 3rd costing $179. My delivery day was June 15th, today is June 24th and still no plants. I sent an email a few days ago asking about my plants I received no reply from them. I called and spoke to someone who then told me my plants are scheduled to be shipped today. Haven't received any notification that my plants were shipped. This is ridiculous, next time I'll just go to Home Depot where they're more reliable.

I have not had good luck with these folks. Even spent money on their warranty and they never even responded when I tried to make a claim. Spent nearly $1000 with them over the last few years, now I'm done with them. Terrible, spindly trees that have no way of making the shipping time intact, and less way of surviving even a full year. Don't waste you money.

Bought some trees in October, 2 did well, one died over winter, decided to wait to see if it recover in Spring, it did not, and they offered no help and no refund after I sent pictures and ran their tests. Be careful what you buy...
Please look at all the negative reviews as they are right! Trees/shrubs that come are teeny and in horrible condition. I contacted them right away and the strung me along for a year promising they would get better but if not, I could get a refund. It is now a year later and they will not honor their promise. Customer service is hard to reach and one said they would replace an item but I would have to pay for shipping which would cost more than the original plant. Very deceptive practices. Go to your local nursery.

Received the trees in very good shape. They've been in the ground for almost 3 weeks now and they're still looking great.
We recently ordered 3 trees and 6 scrubs from Fast Growing Trees. I paid more for "bigger" cherry trees- 5-6ft, when they arrived (all in one box) they were sticks with a few leaves. One of the trees died within a week of planting (planted quickly and watered regularly) and another broke in transit, is still alive but only a 4ft stick with a few leaves. The scrubs and smaller tree (Japanese maple) are doing ok but very disappointed in the cherry trees that I paid $99 each for. What I could of gotten for that price at a local nursery- would have been a much fuller tree.
Received my Meyer Lemon Tree faster than expected, well packaged and the tree has been thriving on my sunny deck. It's been almost a month and it already has new leaves growing! Very happy with my purchase.
I ordered 2 trees and the first 2 were damaged in shipping. After sending pics and a short email explaining the issue, I was contacted immediately and 2 new trees were sent without issue. Great customer service.

I'm hoping they grow fast because they looked quite pitiful with broken/bruised leaves. I didn't realize how small a quart size was.
Chelsey Knapp kindly and immediately solved my first problem with an order (half the plants I ordered arrived dead or were missing), and gave me good suggestions and has been supportive on the second problem with the same order (the other half are looking really wilted even after two weeks in good weather and soil conditions).
Before emailing I tried calling, and whoever took my call kind of shrugged me off: "this happens, try planting them all the same, maybe the ones missing will arrive soon, the others should get better, let us know if they don't." I felt this was not very useful and somewhat callous.
Fast growing trees are not good at replacing there product... I bought a tree from lowes and they refunded my money 4 months after purchase. I'm pretty sure they give you a year warranty. LOWES CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A 1000 TIME BETTER THAN THIS WEBSITE. This was purchased on Feb 20th 2020... Never again!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
