The idots who delivered the box could not read.In big letters it said this side up of course they tipped it. Breaking one of the trees. I managed to trim it and I planted them immediately, luckily they are growing fine. We will see next spring how they are.

My berry bushes arived late due to FedEx. They ended up sitting in box, in 110 degree heat at the sorting facility for 2-3 days. As a result the plants were in pretty rough shape. 3 of the 4 rebounded. 1 of them did not.
I bought my first crape myrtle from FGT.com about 4 years ago. That tree grew from a twig in to the most gorgeous crape myrtle in our entire neighborhood which is FULL of crape myrtles. And it grew CRAZY fast. So of course when I moved, I had to get two more to plant at our new place. They both were shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. They are thriving in our "adequate" but not great soil. So I'm very pleased once again with my purchase. I've gotten trees and plants from other places, but I'm done with that. I'm NEVER disappointed with FastGrowingTrees. And their customer service is AWESOME.
Fantastic! The banana plant came in excellent condition however I was a little concerned about the peach tree. It's taking this long for the leaves to return. Within two days of its arrival every leaf was gone with exception of maybe 3 to 4
Ordered three blueberry bushes, all various sizes. The largest bush/plant was missing soil out of the top when I opened it up (dirt everywhere), so most of the roots were exposed and very unhappy. I planted it as soon as it was opened to help get it settled again, but it's not looking very good at a month later (half the plant already died and no new growth at this point). I'm holding out to see if that one even survives. The other two smaller bushes/plants seemed to be packed much better, and they are doing very well with lots of new growth already. So a half good and half not-so-good experience.
We ordered from Fast Growing Trees because we needed the shrubs quickly. Based on the information on the website, we were led to believe that we would receive the shrubs in 1-2 days. This seemed great, especially since we were getting live shrubs that needed to be planted immediately in order to survive. When the order shipped, we tracked the order, and it said the shrubs will not arrive until 10 days after the order was placed. When I called to talk to Fast Growing Trees about the misinformation (or confusing information) about shipping time on the website, they were unhelpful and uninterested in working with me to resolve my issue. The service provider I spoke to was rigid and unhelpful. Customer service really makes you think twice about using a company.
Excellent customer service as FGT replaced a tree that looked ‘very poorly' when it arrived. Highly recommended!

I got a 3 feet tall strong plant while the order just is 1-2 feet tall, I'm happy. But the shipping took more than a week this time (my last time was 2 days or so), one box was broken, so my bamboo plant was withered, now after several weeks, the root is surviving but the top is still withered.

Banana tree arrived in good condition. There was some confusion as far as delivery but I believe this to be the fault of fedex.
We live in the middle of nowhere, so I was extremely skeptical that plants shipped in boxes would arrive intact and alive given how long they'd have to stay in the dark and upside down etc. The plants I ordered (all houseplants, mostly pretty small) arrived pretty beat up but they were all healthy enough to recover after a week or so and I'm super happy with them.
