I purchased a $70 houseplant for my office that stated on the website I would receive a fully mature plant and displayed a beautiful picture. What I received was a few stems with sparse at best leaves and a root ball half the size of the pot it was sent in. When I contacted CS I was told the plant looked healthy and would look like the website picture in 6 months to a year. I would not have spent that on a plant for something in this state. CS said I could pay to return and lose a 25% restocking fee. Attaching picture of the plant received and then picture from the website. Never again!
Trees were a little beat up by parcel service but snapped right back after a week. They look great.
Ordered tree for my niece Deb, to commemorate her father who recently died. 3-4 foot Blazing red maple said to be a fast-grower. Disappointed there was no watering schedule in planting info. It arrived in tact and promptly. We delivered our gift to my niece, planted it under instructions. So far, so good!

The ordering process went very well. The young lady on the telephone was helpful, friendly and smart. She handled my order in an excellent manner. Everything went as planned and expected. Package was a little crushed and one branch was broken. My landscaper/Gardner taped it together and it looks as if it will grow and survive. We are keeping our fingers crossed. I am glad I ordered it. Thank you.

The Glenn Mango lost a part of its root stock potentially in transport. Doing well since it was moved into a larger container. New growth is already starting on the Cara Cara Orange. I'm extremely happy so far.
One of our trees arrived and it was the wrong type. Fast Growing Trees immediately offered to replace it, which they did. Glad to see a company that actually stands behind its product.
The tree was a birthday gift to from my Mom. I was absolutely elated. I called the help desk before I potted the tree. I strive to have lemons for generations to come.
I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the plants that arrived. 2 of the 6 plants ordered arrived practically dead. The other 4 plants looked ok or on their way out but maybe still revivable. In addition to the condition of the plants 2 of them were packaged completely upside down, all the dirt and roots had fallen out of the pot and they were hanging entirely upside down. I gave fast growing trees 2 stars because maybe half of my order will survive and the shipment came pretty quickly so there's that. I would NOT recommend ordering from this site but if you do you're probably better off ordering one plant at a time, when you order more than one they cram two plants into one box and one of the plants will be upside down hanging on top of the other plant. Best bet would be to go to a real nursery in person to pick out a plant that has been well taken care of.
Update: after contact Fast Growing Trees and informing them of my issue they responded to me promptly. They shipped out to new replacement trees and were very pleasant to deal with during the process. I am pleased with their customer service and have since changed my rating from a 2 to a 4. However, I would still recommend shipping one plant per box, when you order more than one plant they cram them together into one box and one is shipped upside down. Overall, it was easy to solve the issues I had. Thank you.

This was our first time buying a tree sight unseen and having it shipped to our house. The tree arrived looking very good. We can't wait to see how it grows.
