I ordered (2) trees. One of them arrived damaged... I emailed customer service and received a replacement tree, no questions asked within a few days. Amazing
Excellent customer service. My order arrived broken and tree has died I received random email from the company so I told them what have happened. They told me that they have 30 days guarantee refunded me $20 for one of the other items I've ordered and sending me a free replacement! Wow! The customer service representative was extremely friendly, helpful and just so extremely dedicated to help me. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
I got the trees pretty quickly, they seem in good condition but they are dormant since it is January. I planted them in the ground on the day they arrived. I await for them to wake up this spring.

I really like FastgrowingTrees.com. They have excellent products, and I am happy with the 5 plants I just bought. But they use FedEx for shipping in my area, which is deplorable. The plants did not arrive until January 13th, on what was suppose to be 2 day shipping - from their warehouse in South Carolina to my place just outside Atlanta, Nine days to Ship? Not good for live plants. Also, the packages were terribly mistreated, like comically torn up - I took a bunch of pictures. Meanwhile they are having a sale, but I am reluctant to buy anymore plants as mine still haven't arrived. All of this I blame FedEx, FedEx screws up everything and I really mean everything in the area. Without different shipping options, I'll be reluctant to buy from them again. FastGrowingTrees should really take FedEx to task for running their products, pissing off there customers, and costing them business.
WISH THERE WERE COUPON CODES... I'D LIKE MORE OF THESE TREES AND NEED BETTER PRICING. LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING THEM SOON AND THANK YOU
I typically don't leave really negative reviews - but I was left no choice here.
I ordered 5 plants from FGT back in the summer. Most arrived dying or dead already, some did not arrive at all. I purchased the warranty, and have tried contacting customer service multiple times but have gotten zero assistance.
I finally called and I received a store credit for the one plant that never arrived - they wouldn't even provide a refund! For the other plants, they told me they could not help me over the phone and they directed me to submit my issues online (which I had already done). They could not find my original ticket and notified me that sometimes when you upload photos the request doesn't come through... not very useful when they make you add photos to show that your plants are in fact dead.
I have still had no resolution, no reply to the 3-4 customer support tickets I left and the store credit seems like a waste given the quality and service here.
Would not recommend at all!

Nervous, the plants are not cheap so I was nervous ordering and then disappointed when they showed up. But now very hopeful that they will be great thriving plants.
My tree was delivered promptly and in great condition! It is doing well in its new home. I will definitely buy from here again when I need new trees.

But rather the poor communication on behalf of your company.
I called the 1-800 number last week (January 20) to get a status update on a plant I had ordered on December 31. The representative mentioned that the region where I live won't allow for the plant to ship until March. This is not the issue, that is understandable. What I find to be dissatisfying is that I had yet to hear anything from this company regarding this delay. When I purchased the plant I had to indicate my region so it seems odd to me that I wouldn't have received this information upon purchase. The only shipping information I received was immediately after the initial purchase in which it said "expected to ship after January 4." Even if this information was unknown at the time of purchase, I would have expected to receive and update from the company as opposed to me having to investigate the whereabouts of the plant I ordered.
Your communication should be improved for the satisfaction of your customers. I doubt I will make any future purchases with this company.

I received my Ficus Alii in a timely fashion. It was packed well and there was no visible damage. The plant was very pretty and appeared to be healthy. It dropped a few leaves the first week but seems very happy now. I would definitely buy another plant from FastGrowingTrees.com.
The ordering was easy and the shipment came when they said it would. The tree looked fair when it arrived. We planted it that same day with the root boost I also bought. Two weeks in, it looks like it is starting to die. I called customer service and spoke to a very nice woman who told me to keep an eye on it and that it might take time ( after the rainy season to come back. We will see

I ordered the bargain pack of ten and they arrived 7 or 8 days later. They sat in their box another week before I got them planted. They look healthy and happy, so far. Thanks for making this easy and enjoyable.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
