Great customer service. They were very helpful and responded very quickly to my concerns about my order. I can't wait for the Meyer Lemon tree to be delivered in March to my friend. Thanks.
Arrived safely and Alive. Great time to plant when the trees are dormant.
I received all my trees without any damage and on a short time. I can't wait to see them grow. Thanks
The shipping the tree arrived in was in perfect condition, even though it was tossed around by the postal service for 2 weeks. It arrived with green leaves and barely moist (still amazing for 2 weeks). Hopefully the tree can continue to grow under my care
The wisteria plant I ordered came as a leafless twig, but, it is probably dormant at the moment. You might want to put a note with these shipments about them being dormant if that is the case. If not, I will be applying for a refund.
Thank you.
Scott
Trees were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Well taken care of.
Nowhere in the check out process or in the follow up emails did it state that my *indoor* plants would be held until my growing season started in my zone. Only when I called to follow up on a different issue did the customer service add that it wouldn't ship until March (!) due to my planting zone. They are indoor plants, so I'm not sure why that was an issue--all of the emails and order confirmations had suggested they would ship on January 4 or I probably wouldn't have placed the order to begin with! I'm going to wait, but I am very disappointed that the communication wasn't clear up front--my confirmation email says "January 4 unless stated otherwise"... and it wasn't stated otherwise. Customer service is accessible and nice so they still get 3 stars, though they're not able to expedite my order to ship earlier. Better communication up front would be appreciated, and they should also pause their automatic reviews and pings to customers who haven't received their orders because I've also gotten a request to review my delivery experience and I haven't actually had a delivery experience...!
We are so sorry that the correct shipping date was not presented at checkout! We will look into this and see what happened!
Great product, fair price, timely delivery. Thank you!
We love our new little tree! It has a nice home in our garden. The shipping took longer than expected but we were notified of this possibility due to COVID-19.
Plants are healthy and well delivered. Looking forward to seeing them grow fast.
I was very easily able to make changes in my order. The rep was very kind.
Tree was what I expected. Very Satisfied. Thank you
Thank you very much for the Bottle Palms. My husband loved them! They are a great addition to our pool decor.
Purchased 2 royal emperor trees. 1 naval orange and the pollination cold avocado set. All look alive and are doing great so far. Royal trees came bare but it is winter so i can't wait to see it during spring! Zone 8b Ca.
This is the second type of tree I've ordered from Fast Growing Trees. I hope my fig grows as well as my avocado trees. Looking forward to watching them grow.
2 of the boxes were damaged. The fedex person also laid them the wrong way from where it was indicated to do so. Fortunately the plant s were OK. Planted all of them. Not sure one of the blackberry plants will survive
We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't great! We are reaching out privately to get some additional details.
I received three hydrangea bushes which were well packed and shipped quickly. Each plant has many buds so I know I'll have a beautiful show the first season.
Arrived quickly and safely and the plant is brightening up my home.
As promised, arrived on time and in great shape, looks fantastic on our patio!
Highly recommend this vendor and will definitely order again - thank you Fast Growing Trees!
I'm so happy I ordered from you. Purchasing experience was super easy, website was very descriptive, and the shipment came as expected.
I found out later that your prices are much higher than if I had gone to our local nursery, but the quality seems to make up for that so far, and the instructions for tree care were helpful. My family and I can't wait to see how it blooms and fruits!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.

It's normal for these plants to go dormant this time of year. Please reach out in Spring if you are still having concerns!
