We bought a crepe Myrtle and it was awesome. It came packaged with moist dirt… And it's flourishing. Then we ordered a whole bunch of small plants from you that came in dry soil and out of the packaging. They were horrible and didn't make it. I complained and got a gift card I didn't even come close to covering what I spent. Therefore, I am using a gift card that you sent me to try to make it better. That's the only reason why I'm buying something else. Hopefully this will turn out better Than the last time. But I would never recommend your company.
We are missing the berry bush kit- also plants were delivered upside down and missing branches.

I had ordered a weeping red maple which arrived in good shape and is thriving. I then ordered four shrub roses that arrived in terrible condition, likely due to terrible shipping and heat. Fast growing replaced them with apologies The replacements are gorgeous and thriving

Two of the 5 plants I ordered died. The process to redeem the one-year warranty was too cumbersome so I just ordered new ones. Hoping to keep them alive this time.
The tree started out great. But, about half way through the growing season, it stared to fail…and, there was no saving it once it did. Sad.

Have ordered a number of times over past 3-4 years and have only had a problem one time. FGT was easy to work with then and replaced the tree promptly that failed to grow. Everything else I have planted has continued to flourish and grow especially in year 2! Website is great and easy to use and search and descriptions and photos are accurate.
I have ordered a number of trees recently from FastGrowingTrees to fill a. 5 acre bare backyard, From evergreen trees to fruit to redwood, all of these trees have arrived in really good shape considering I am across the country from NC. Highly recommend these folks.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
