The trees arrived with a reddish-brown tinge on the tops of the trees. I planted them within a few days. (there were 24 trees). They have been in the ground for about 2 weeks and they seem to be doing OK. None of them have turned brown or keeled over. They have been getting rain every few days in the last week. I am hoping for the best.
We needed to replace tress when taking down dead trees on our property. It was very helpful to be able to buy trees online and get them delivered especially at this time of year. So far the trees are planted and doing well.
I ordered two Meyer lemon trees and a fall blooming azalea. I received an email that my order would arrive on a particular day. I checked periodically on that day but did not see the shipment. I assumed that the delivery had been delayed due to a huge snowstorm and freezing weather. It gets dark early here so I stopped looking for the shipment around 4:30. Later that evening I had cause to go into my garage and there was the package. When I brought it inside and opened it, the azalea looked ok but the lemon trees were in really bad shape. I called customer service and sent them photos of the damaged/dead plants. Although it was the delivery service's fault for not ringing the doorbell and letting me know my package was delivered, thereby leaving them in freezing temperatures, fast growing trees agreed to resend the lemon trees in late March. I can't say enough about the communication and customer service of this business and I will be doing business with them in the future!

We're sorry for the condition your plant has arrived in. It could be stressed from transit which has caused the leaves to drop. But once your Avocado gets acclimated you should be able to see new growth coming out with ease!
Ordered a large batch of plants, 1 out of 10 plants didn't fair well from shipment. Gave the plant a chance to come back to life (2 weeks), but no luck. Contacted to see if it was eligible to be replaced and was replaced within minytes of submitting inquiry. Haven't planted yet because I am still in frost, but the plants are alive and thriving. Just make sure to contact them - yes talk to a human - ASAP if you need to delay order. Thank you so much FGT.

The package came with soil everywhere inside the box. Although there was plastic around each of the three plants containers, one of my plants was not secure enough and so soil spilled everywhere. After pulling them out and letting them air for a bit, I watered them as they were pretty dry (probably from shipment). I clipped the yellow leaves, and they seem to be doing fine for now in my windowsill. I haven't yet repotted them, because I wanted to give them time to acclimate.

We're so very sorry to hear this! It seems as if your trees are still trying to get acclimated and shake off the stress/shock from transit. Give it a few weeks and you will be able to see the new growth coming out!
