I bought two trees. It was well packed and super fast shipping.
I changed the pots. Roots are strong. Just two thing is there was few spider mites on the Mayer lemon leaves(it's not too big deal bc I ordered organic. But customers better to check carefully when it received). And it isn't well balanced shape of tree so requires some cosmetic effort.
Overall, I am very satisfied. I can't wait this Spring to see new leaves!

The package arrived in good condition and the plant was in excellent condition and ready for planting. I was very impressed with the packaging, as the pot was well wrapped, with all the soil remaining in the pot. The pot never shifted inside the box and there were no broken branches. I was not nearly as impressed with FedEx, who ignored the instructions on the box to place it in a flat orientation and delivered it standing up and upside down. This made the packaging by FastGrowingTrees all the more impressive. Thank you.

I had asked that the apple tree be delivered in early March, but when I paid for it some weeks later they said it was shipped in January.
Fortunately, the ground was not frozen and I was able to plant it. Nice looking tree.
The trees were well hidden under a nearby large shrub, by the driver so they would be safe frm being taken, run over or i guess eaten by animals!

Delivery was prompt and items sent as ordered. All in good condition except one nandini tree plant that was partially out of its pot. That had to be more on shipment than anything else. Regardless satisfied customer. Thanks

I order 10 wellow hybrid trees. First I got only 8 of them. When I called they send me another two trees.
I opened and found out 2 other are only tiny sticks without branches. Due to col weather I planned them to prevent of dying.
I send friendly note that I am not happy with that order along with pictures. They returned my email that they do not accept return since they are not in original pot.
I received a damaged package. I had to contact customer service several times to get a resolution. I believe I should have been sent a new tree and the damaged one returned with a shipping box sent to me at no additional cost to me. This was a gift and was in no condition to be presented to the receiver as a gift.

Received my trees, all dwarf fruit. They were bare root, and packed well. I've planted them in smaller pots to get them started.
All trees I received have been vibrant with no signs of disease.
