I've made about 5 purchases. All have been good experiences except for this one. I ordered a blueberry and a banana. Unfortunately they were both shipped within the same box and the banana was damaged during shipping. The blueberry was intact. I am trying to bring it back and I will be emailing customer service regarding the issue.

Not happy! I've ordered the sugar apple and lychee tree very expensive, for what I got they're so small, leaves are brown... hopefully they will live

The ordering was very easy, from delivery was great. The tree arrive looking very healthy. Would recommend.

They arrived promptly and healthy after the order was placed, and were a nice size. I also had already prepared there location prior to receiving them, so they were planted right away. I love PawPaws. If your a tropical fruit lover, you would love these fruits without the finicky plant problems that come with tropical plants in cooler climates.

Good it arrived on time and was delivered in tact. It came earlier than expected and it was great quality. The pot was even great. Everything about it was a great experience and I would definitely order again from them.

They arrived much earlier than the site said they'd arrive and so we aren't ready to plant them until after the freeze window. We are keeping them safe and watered-just might have preferred them arrive a bit later- as indicated on the site. But they look great and we are happy.

They arrived as promised in the size ordered. I planted them just before the epic cold spell hit TX. I covered them with plastic but am not convinced they will survive. More news to follow.

Some plant come damage and not well pack. Leave fall off and some branch are broken.

Arrived quickly but most leaves were brown and damaged

After receiving a dead tree and the replacement being dead as well, the company was swift in offering to send another replacement in Spring to hopefully avoid any freezing temperatures during transit. I'll add more in March.

Tree is well structured, and looks as though it has been well cared for. I'm very pleased with my purchase and look forward to harvesting fruit from this tree in the future as I intend to continue the great upkeep just as you guys have done. Thanks so much as I will recommend your services should any of my garden buddies ask.

Plant arrived quickly and healthy. This was my first time ordering a plant online, and it was surprisingly easy.

We ordered quite a few olive and other trees for our winery. Unfortunately 2 of them arrived dead, possibly from cold. Everything else was great and the trees are beautiful. The only problem is that I have not received a response from them about the 2 dead plants, after two attempts. I hope their customer service improves.

The blue berry came well packaged but there was no leaf or anything for me to see what it look like and then with this snow storm that Texas got, all 3 die so I feel like I just wasted almost $200. Even tho it's no fault to the company I bought it from, I m just sad I didn't even have a fair chance to see how it's doing before it die.

Quick and easy to order. We got our trees within two days. Our Okame Cherry trees are starting to bloom and they are beautiful!
