I paid extra for the ceramic pot. However, the size of the pot is too small for the size of the plant and I will have to repot it to a bigger one right away. My first experience with a fig tree was excellent, though.
Fast growing trees is where you want to go for the best trees and experience when it goes to finding what you want, delivery and purchase. So far I've purchased a plum, 3 peach and red maple. Beautiful trees and growing very nicely. Will continue to buy!

I know very little about trees and after searching online for a purple flowering tree that attracts hummingbirds & isn't toxic to my dogs, I came across your site & called for help. I explained how this tree was very special - a memorial tree for a child who died after a terrible accident (purple was her favorite color). I'm so sorry I can't recall her name, but she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She spent a good amount of time helping me find the perfect tree! The bark is as unique as the child! Shipping was fast and the tree well protected. It was very easy to plant and now just waiting to enjoy its beauty!
When I received my plant I was very disappointed. It was supposed to be a tree close to a maturity that would allow for flowering and fruiting. It was very immature and no where close to what was advertised. After a lot of work I was finally issued a refund and the issue was settled but overall a hard company to work with if you don't receive a quality product to start with.

Although I ordered trees, they haven't arrived yet. The weather needs to warm up considerably and my trees will be here in 6 weeks. I have been impressed with the communications from this business. I hope I can snag some of the freebies and sales as I see them.
I was very dissatisfied with what you sent to me. It did not look like anything I would buy, It did not even had one leaf. I had it planted, & I still do not have a leaf not to mention a flower. I ordered two azalea bushes and planted them the day they arrived. They started to lose leaves and turn brown, but I think/hope they've turned the corner and are still alive 3 weeks later.
We purchased 2 trees as a gift from relatives, ice cream banana and the mulberry. Both arrived quickly. The mulberry has yet to show any sign of life, if was completely just branches when it arrived, which kind of took us off guard. Hopefully, we will see some leaf growth soon. The banana is doing fine, so far.
We ordered 5 trees, including 4 cherry trees. The arrived looking healthy, sprouted leaves and even blooms before we could get 'em in the ground. Their roots had fresh white root growth indicating they were growing even while being shipped. Overall, we are very pleased.
This is the third time I've described my experience. I paid for two forsythias. I received two plants that were totally bug ridden. I was told by your expert to put some type of oil on the plants. I should have received my money back.

Trees were received pretty banged up from shipping. My cinnamon tree was broken off at soil top, the banana tree leaves are really bruised or broken.

Both times I've ordered, my trees don't arrive in the best packed condition. Learn from nature hills. Not a bruise or lost leaf. On 2 occasions my $10 off coupons didnt work when I checked out.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
