Pine trees have been a bad experience. I should have bought bigger after 3 one foot tree failures that arrived dry and dying. Everything else has been robust.

Placed several orders with FGT and always received well packed trees. Had an issue w/t damaged order once and customer service was so helpful to resolve the issue. Would recommend family or friends to order wt FGT for their credibility.
I had always been FGT's biggest advocate, however they recently disappointed me by not replacing a Santa Rosa plum tree that I had ordered and had issues with. They had always been responsive, but this time I got the runaround. So, I'm hoping that this gift I'm buying for my neighbor will be successful. We will see. If it isn't I will delete them and take my business elsewhere.

Ordered 2 plants. Only 1 arrived. Second was shipped, but arrived delayed and it was TOTALLY dead and a crispy critter. Credit issued; using that gift card now. So we'll see how this arrives.
This is the 2nd time I'm offering from fast growing trees. The 1st time my shrub didn't do that well. I'm giving it a 2nd try. The shipping cost is way to much.
I buy plants often. This is better than any other site for buying plants. They're large, healthy, and take off soon after planting.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
