Easy to navigate web site and to find what we were looking for. Tree came in excellent shape. We planted it a day or two after receiving and it quickly started budding. It's a little dogwood and absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to seeing it thrive.

When the package arrives, pots were not in a good shape. Roots were exposed and dirt was everywhere. It was because they packaged the plants horizontally to save some space. Plants still looked alive and I think they will survive.

I was impressed by how easy it was to find what i needed on the fastgrowingtrees site - and all the info i also needed to take care of the plant. The bush i ordered (which was a 3 gallon), was shipped the next day and i had it on my doorstep within another 2 days. That's amazon level shipping speed. I'm definitely making my future purchases through this site.

10 days shipping in a box, sad and broken- trying to nurse it to life. Very poor.

I received a broken tree and reached out to support. I received an email saying they got my response, and now 3 days layer nothing.

No reply, no contact. So frustrating when you order on line to have customer service disappear.

I am so disappointed.

The health and quality of my 6-7' Kwanzan Cherry Blossom trees were amazing, my 4-5' Autumn Cherry Blossom as well, I will definitely be buying my trees only from here moving forward!

I was disappointed with the fragrant tea olive trees I recieved. They lost their leaves and don't look health to me. Hope they can survive.

Dealing with your company was easy and courteous. The only problem was with FedEx. It took 8 days from your store to our house. Fortunately, the plants were in good shape, but the tracking information said they spent at least 3 days in Troutdale, Oregon, while in transit.

Ordered our tree and was tracking thru Fed-Ex where after about 8 days it was never out of "pending" for delivery. I phoned Fast Growing Trees customer service to see what I should do and the very friendly rep, without hesitation said we'll ship another one today because if the first one arrived it would be dead. Needless to say the first one arrived in fair condition albeit very anemic, but with a little tender loving care, we nursed it back to healthy green leaves and its doing great! The second tree arrived on time and still had blooms on it, also doing great! What fantastic customer service! Beautiful products and friendly helpful staff! Can't recommend them highly enough

We had our Plum and Cherry trees arrive and they had a very poor appearance, wilted leaves and branches mashed together. Hope they survive. Getting another shipment in today... hope they fare better.
