I ordered a 3-4 feet flowering tree. I received it quickly, and the tree arrived in a very good condition.
An old neighbor who provided us some assistance with a mail mix-up, we remembered that he loved our fruit trees when we lived near him. As a gift for his help, we sent a peach tree. He was more than delighted when he received the tree. What a perfect gift.

I finally spoke to someone about a refund and she said she would refund the $13. Xx shipping charge and get my order out. I got my order this week. About a month after ordering. Ver frustrating but happy I finally received my order.
I was shipped a damaged tree and they wanted me to pay $35.00 to ship it back and them would reship a new tree at my cost. There products are verified before shipping and them they make you pay to fix the problem.

The trees came in great condition. Didn't know if I should plant them right away because of possibly freeze. Called customer service and got great help. Highly recommend Fast Growing Trees.
Poorly packaged, the 10 evergreens were spewed everywhere across the inside of the box, dirt and greens. Trees if stretched to there max would barely measure the 1 foot mark let alone the 2' as defined. Overall we will see.
I was looking for quince trees to buy online, and found them on FastGrowingTrees.com, so I bought a couple, dug a couple holes in preparation for their arrival, followed the instructions when they arrived and planted a couple healthy-looking trees.
All plants in good shape. Just waiting to see them grow and hope the animals do not touch.
I was very satisfied with the information that was provided on the site. When the trees arrived I was pretty disappointed in the condition the trees were in. I felt as if they over sold the product especially for the price point. Won't be ordering from them again. I recently went to a local nursery and purchased 23 different fruit tree varieties for less then I paid for 8 trees from Fast growing trees.
Both my lime tree and key lime tree were received in excellent condition. Potted them three days ago, and so far they are thriving.
Overall good. Received both trees (2 different purchases) in a timely manner. First tree still does not have leaves or blossoms on it, but am working with FGT experts to ensure that the tree does live. The second tree came with leaves and blossoms. It already has over a dozen peaches on it.
I ordered 2 products. One was a 1gal size which was disappointing. The size of the plant was not the issue, rather the condition of the plant. It looked as though parts of it had died prior to shipping and new growth wad very sparse. I'll give it a chance and see how it grows, but the way it arrived could have been and should have been in better condition. I also ordered a 3gal plant that arrived very healthy and a great specimen. My order arrived in the time expected and was very well packaged.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
