The tree came quickly and was packaged well, and looks like it will not grow too big.

I needed a couple of specimen trees, tall and shipped in soil. These folks did it all and sent me some lovely trees, a hazelnut and a sugar maple communication was excellent; the person i spoke with knew exactly what i ordered and when it would ship, explaining last day of frost in my zone and the like. I would highly recommend this business with lovely trees.

Trees look great and healthy and strong. I got the apple and Willow hybrid. The delivery took longer than expected.

I have been looking to start growing a June plum tree. I ordered the tree and couldn't wait for my tree to arrive. The sales rep told me it would take 4-5 days after it was ship to get to my home. I waited and it took two weeks to get here. When the tree came it was dead! So disappointed, I called and they told due to the pandemic shipping got delayed. They gave me a credit because the tree was not in stock at this time. I called back in the spring and reorder the tree again. The rep told me this time it will be better fedX is not behind any more. He told me the same thing, that it will take about 4 days to get where I am at. So I patiently waited. One week passed and nothing call the company and voice my concerns. They told me give them a call back when the tree arrives. This time it took 10days. Again the tree came dead as dead can be. Called them and told them the situation. My luck tree is not in stock again, so now I am waiting till the tree comes back in stock. Also the tree was much smaller than I anticipated. Paid $120 for a tree that was smaller than weeds growing in my yard. Let's see if this third time they can get it right. Fingers crossed.

When ordered, it said would be shipped in 1-2 days, after a week I called and they said waiting for warmer weather, but there had been no communication about it. It is 3 times shorter than a tree we purchased at a nursery for the same price. Also, it was supposed to come with a free dogwood, but it was not, it was a poplar

Trees arrived exactly as described. Packaging to ensure trees were healthy and undamaged was impressive.

I ordered a Virdis Japanese Maple and 4 of the purple mully grasses for my yard. I just made the cut for free shipping so they packaged all 5 items into a box together with 2 one gallon pots resting on top of the canopy of the "tree." I placed quotations around this term because the 2-3 foot "tree" arrived as a half filled 1 gallon pot (with almost no root mass) of a Acer Palmatum base trunk with a width of MAYBE 1/2 of an inch and could not support the tiny 12" canopy which consisted of broken twigs of a badly grafted Viridis variety. This graft was performed almost 3 feet up the tree, allowing for the site to sell a tree of this height. This tree should have never left their warehouse. I would be embarrassed to give anyone a plant in this condition, and I am a hobby horticulturist. I went to the Lowe's down the street from my house and found a Viridis Japanese Maple with triple the trunk girth and 3-4 times the foliage for $50. Which is $50 LESS than this site! I will never do business, or recommend this site unless they either: 1) refund me for the tree, or 2) send me a better specimen. I have contacted this company numerous times to get this resolved with no avail. BEWARE!

I ordered several indoor plants. All came well packed in in good condition, however three plants were missing. I called customer service and they immediately apologized, set up a new order free of charge and had the missing plants shipped. Very satisfied with Them.

Web site was very easy to use. The follow up with notifications was greatly appreciated so I could plan everything. The trees arrived by fed ex and were in good condition with only a couple of branches broken.

Perfect for any occasion! Iv purchased a beautiful memorial tree for a friend and a beautiful blooming tree for my sisters birthday. Both were very well received.

1st shipment had damaged trees. Talked to customer service and they made it right. They went a 2nd shipment however; I will rate both shipments as poor. Trees looked sad.

After given the Fed Ex tracking number, I checked on my tree daily. The tree got loaded into their delivery truck and stayed at their facility since April 11. It's now April 16 and it's still at the Fed Ex facility. Not sure what's going on at their center but my poor plant is in limbo. I canceled my order since I done waiting and not sure what the quality of the plant would be when it finally gets free from Fed Ex jail.

The tree delivered in a great condition. Nicely packed.

The tree arrived with a few broken branches. Contacted them, got a replacement. Good customer service. But the tree trunk is too thin! With a big head, not sure if it will survive a heavy windy day. I think the price is too high for the size of the tree.

Tree & Bush arrived as specified. Well packaged, healthy items! Highly Recommend to buy!

Overall good, did need replacement and were told they would be free but very high shipping was disappointing.

Box was smashed, flattened, ripped. Tree itself was smashed. Unsure if it'll survive.
