The trees I received are healthy but they're small for the price. Similar costing trees at lowe's are 2 feet taller.

Company associates are dismissive and inconsiderate. There are differences between (SAYING) thank you for your patience and actually attending to the request of the customer. My last phone call with an employee was awful and I didn't appreciate how rude he was. I consistently get inconsistent and different responses from experts some saying I can get fruit trees sent to CA., others saying I cannot. No message left by manager or director regarding my complaints. Very unprofessional and very poor follow up. It's hard to believe anyone in the company cares about customer services.

Easy shopping experience, received tree in great condition and packaged with care. It was put under a grow light since it arrived so I lost no leaves. No broken branches during shipping. Couldn't be happier. Ficus looks happy too as it already has new growth from only 2-3 weeks ago. Yay!

Leaves had holes in them like bugs had gotten to them

Tree arrived looking like a single short branch with no growth. Measured more like 2ft.
It has had new growth two weeks since planting it.

I ordered two apple trees. The trees were well packed and arrived in great condition. Within no time after planting in pots, the trees took off. Blooms appeared within week or two.

I have around 12 trees that I can see are very dead dying looking brown and shriveled.

I will not be purchasing any more trees from Fast Growing Trees.
When I first received my order I noticed they had sent the wrong tree which required me to contact their customer service which went ok. I received the correct tree today, one week after the wrong tree was delivered. I'm very disappointed in the item I received for the price that is charged. While I was waiting for the correct tree to arrive, I visited a local nursery and purchased the same tree, actually it was larger than the FGT tree, and I paid half of what FGT charges. I strongly recommend checking your local nurseries.

Super selection and local (for me) means better-adapted plants and trees for my yard; superior customer service (responsive, positive, helpful, professional). Everything I've received (finger limes, olives, dogwood) arrive well-packed, in terrific shape, all with new growth and with clear instructions. Everything is thriving.

The site is asking for feed back! I just barely received my trees yesterday and they have not even been planted! They came in four boxes, They were packed somewhat decent, but to give a good review time needs to go by to see what happens

The tree arrived in excellent condition. The root ball is well formed and there were little leaves starting to come through. Once in the ground, it immediately put on a lot of leaves!

Ordering was easy and fast. The tree came packaged well and ready to plant.

Neglectful customer service, all I need is an answer, if magnolia tree they sent me has suckers that need clipping, I sent a pic of the green shoots coming from base, Idk if these are branches or suckers, they claim good customer service & well pruned trees, I went through this before w/ my cherry tree last year, didn't get an answer til I came on here, then they finally answer saying to clip, the sooner you clip suckers the better, that's why my cherry tree is still shooting out suckers because they waited too long to respond, same w/ this magnolia still haven't responded, finally after 3 days sent me a link saying "this link don't exist" in 9 different languages.

I was looking forward to receiving my tree especially after seeing all of the positive reviews on to this website however when I received my lemon tree and took it out of the pot this soil was not compacted together! The roots and everything were broken up & the soil just feel everywhere. I am very worried that the tree will not grow. I usually dislike leaving negative reviews for the public to see however I reached out to them privately but they did not respond

This past winter, for the first time in over 30 years, the deer must have been starving and damaged many of my shrubs and trees. I decided to try the deer repellent spray-on product, but will not be able to determine its effectiveness until next winter. There was no need for a timely shipment. The box containing two bottles was crushed on one end but the product inside was properly and effectively protected so there were no issues.

Fast growing trees calculated my shipping zip code growing zone as zone 5. My property is zone 4, which I denoted when placing the order for a May shipment. Blackberry bushes arrived in early April fully leaved out with blossoms. Temperatures day of arrival and week after in 30s with nighttime dips into the 20s. Will be surprised in plants survive.

Most specimens I received were really good except one that was place in a box with other tree and was merely a stick. I believe they did that so to reduce their shipping cost. I would have liked to received a better Cercis Forest Pansy instead I received only a stick with no branches.

The tree is losing all of its leaves, it lost all little lemon buds it came with. It is also crawling with centipedes or millipedes so it cannot be an indoor tree.

I ordered two concord grape vines. I planted them along a fence with compost and potting soil in the holes. One is doing nicely, the other died. Everything was the same. I am a fairly experienced gardener. I do not believe it was anything I did.

So far, I like the trees. Hopefully the grow as promised.
