Was going to have to pay a restocking fee and postage to send back, so I felt I was forced to keep them.
I bought 3- Dogwood trees because they're beautiful but have a horrible fish smell to them.

Ordered 5 Italian Cypress trees and was very pleased with service, fast shipping and trees were high quality and healthy. I admit I was hesitant to order online but so glad I did! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

This is the second time I have ordered from you. The first time I ordered 2 five fruit Pear trees and one died. I just ordered another with several other trees just before Easter. Two of them are dead again along with the 5 fruit pear tree... I am not pleased with my results at all.

Fast Growing Trees is a very reputable company, that stands behind their Products. But I just planted the Trees, it will take at least 1 Planting Cycle to know if the Plants make it or not. So far so good.

Promptly arrived with roots nicely wrapped and branches tied together. Looks very healthy. I'm excited to watch it grow and I will be back to order more.

I order 6 crape myrtles that cost me about $160.00 delivered. The plants I received were twigs, non balled. The shipment had all the dirt in a 1/4 gal plant base and no plants in them. The plants were twigs in the same bag as the dirt and base. Pathetic example of a what a plant should look like. So, I complained as they were only worth about $6.00 each if they could survive. Lowes had 1/2 gal for less price, and the were 3 feet tall, full, and healthy. I sent them pictures of what I expected. I should have bought them from Lowes. I was ripped off by FastGrowingTrees.com. They should feel ashamed. They offered me 30% off. They should have given me all my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Very impressed with the packing job. 2 trees per box, root container wrapped in plastic so no spills, no mess.

I do not have a green thumb but after receiving my banana trees ( a little disheveled from the package handler) I wasn't sure if I would have luck growing them. It's been 3 or 4 weeks and I am seeing new leaf growth.

Fast Growing Trees had the plants that I wanted that are suitable for my area and growing conditions at a reasonable price. The Reliance Peach arrived in spectacular condition, as did one of the blackberries. Another blackberry arrived in sad condition, but I have spoken with a customer service representative, and I will be sending photos of the bush for them to determine if it can be planted and nursed back or if it should be replaced. This is great service, and I appreciate the warranty as well.

Easy to order and fast, reliable deliver. Excellent plants.

When I got the tree I was shocked. It was literally a stick with a big root ball. But I planted it and sent customer service an email expressing my concerns. I've NEVER HEARD BACK. That annoys me somewhat. So far I still have a stick but I can see little TEENY green branches starting (I can't even call it a nub lol). Then here in Ohio we got a late snow and below freezing temps 3 nights in a row. So I'll reserve judgement until it gets warm again.

Emerald Green, which was ordered was of height 3 to 4 feet. However except for couples of the delivered items every other items were less than 3 feet.

Quick and easy replacement of one of the bushes we ordered.

One of three is not looking or doing well, all came in bone dry. I contacted customer service and the people were great but if shipping stress is a problem with plants it should be noted in the enclosed documents or on the website. I am waiting to see if the plant springs back or not. It looks worse than anything I have purchased from local store/nursery. I really was hopeful but I am on the fence if I will use or recommend them.

Trees were delivered on time and very healthy. This is my second year buying trees from Fast Growing Trees and very satisfied with the and product.

Prior order I did was great. I ordered 2 10-packs of trees on a second order. 10 were pretty good. 2 were missing altogether from the order (shortchanged 2).
Half the order looked really small and pretty shabby. I called to say my order was 2 trees short and wanted to add the insurance at the time of delivery as half the trees were not very healthy looking. I was surprised for them to tell me the insurance would now cost twice as much, despite the trees just arriving. When I explained I wanted to add the insurance because I was disappointed in how half the trees looked, the custom service rep just ignored me. Not happy with this second experience with the company.
