I was extremely pleased when I received my 3 gallon size rosebush. It was very healthy and full of flowers and beautiful new buds!

Ordering was easy and item was shipped as promised

The bushes were delivered in two boxes by FEDEX and both were left outside upside down. When opened the single plant had sustained a lot of damage with several of the branches snapped off or torn form the main stem. The two plants in the other box also sustained some damage, but not as bad as the single bush. I have reported it and sent in 9 pictures showing the damage, I have yet to hear from the supplier.

My trees arrived green & healthy... It's still a little cold here in Maine and I can't wait for it to warm up, so I can plant everything.

Ordered citrus tree and paid after which I received notice of cancellation and refund indicating that you do not ship citrus to Georgia.

The box was heavily damaged when it was delivered one tree was so smashed that the dirt had all fallen out of the bag and the roots were exposed!

Experience with customer service was great. My tree arrived in bad condition and they are sending me a replacement free of charge. I will use them again because of their service.

I ordered a 4-5ft tree. What I received was a 4 ft twig. The stock is so thin it can not even support its own weight. There is basically no branching. I was expecting a small and somewhat bushy tree. I do not see how this could possibly produce fruit in the next year. That said, what I did receive looks mostly healthy and shipping was good. If I had know the larger tree option was so small, I would have saved the money and bought the smallest option.

It arrived very well packaged and very healthy I'm very pleased.

I ordered 12 trees labeled as 1-2 ft tall. All were just about a foot tall with insignificant foliage. Three of them came with severly bent leaders. Reported to the company, hopefully they recover. Packaging was nice except for the 3 that were shoved in to fit, dont think it was from shipping the way they fit in the box. They also came with stakes inserted INSIDE the root zone. Stakes should be outside the root zone to protect growing roots. Disappointed with size and quality of products.

Overall enjoyed using the website. The customer support was very helpful too. I liked the way the website is set up so that you can shop by location, you can select if you want flowering, fence, shade or fruit trees. Wish they had more flowers available but overall really satisfied!

While one of my trees was damaged with the first deleivery, it was very easy to get a replacement tree with no hastle.

Last year I ordered a lemon tree for my son and have had great success with it, this year he told his wife he wanted a lime tree and a we decided to go back to Fast Growing Trees as we had great luck with the first purchase, we live in the Northeast, so it can be a bit tricky as we keep it indoors. The shipping was exactly as described and our rep was very informative and friendly.

I bought a small black diamond red crêpe myrtle tree. It came box at about 3 feet tall and it had quite a few yellow leaves on it's scrawny, little twig like branches. During that 2.5 weeks that we had it outside acclimating, it grew another 6 inches and the leaves turned from a sort of yellowish color to the prescribed green with black tips.! Now that we have finally planted it in the pot we want it to reside in, we can't wait to see how Great it is going to be!
