Ordered twice. First order was delivered great. Second order Fedex stored the box upright and delivered it to door laying down. Opened the box to find three pots smooshed into another and damaged. They were were replaced within a day and arrived less than a week.
I have ordered several trees and plants from FastGrowingTrees and have never seen anything like this. I ordered 2 Dogwoods they arrived fine, I ordered a Magnolia which was 2X the price of the Dogwoods and it is literally a STICK with a root ball. How am supposed to plant a $140 stick in my yard - surround it with cones so it doesn't get run over by a dog or a lawnmower? The company said "we are sorry you don't understand that items are not always as displayed on line" ARE YOU SERIOUS?
Trees were in good condition when they arrived. The delivery date kept changing but that was Fed-X.

Trees were delivered but were stood up against house when clearly marked to lay flat. Both root balls were spilling out into the box. Hopefully they live.

Fast shipping, great trees! These were bigger than I expected and best mail order trees I've ever seen!
Ordered 2 pear trees, 2 mulberry trees, and 2 peach trees for almost $700. Was charged extra for shipping anyway even though I broke the $179 for free shipping. Also paid $5 a bag for 6 little tiny 2 ounce root rocket brown powder. One peach tree arrived about as dead as a tree can be. It had brittle branches, failed the scratch test and was brown to gray on the outside and white dead wood on the inside Tiny root ball had no small roots protruding and was loose in a burlap bag. Tree cost $119 for a 5 foot dead stick plus $7.99 for extra shipping. Called customer service to have another sent. Got an exact like the first "DEAD STICK for a tree. I was very upset. Wanted my money back and they offered store credit. I sent over 6 emails with pictures and a long story of my experience just to get this done. Emails took days to be returned. Asked for manager to call me. I could go on and on but my experience with them has been terrible. Tried to get customer service to talk to whoever is shipping dead trees. Excuses all along the way. After my two dead trees came to me, I see on their website that the tree is now out of stock. Apparently I got the last two dead trees. Two weeks later, new trees show up on website under "new arrivals". They wouldn't send me a 6-7 foot tree without me ordering it on their website and wanted to charge me extra shipping again. I asked them to do it on the phone while I was talking to them. They said I had to do it. I felt like a number and they didn't care one bit. These trees are more than double similar grafted trees that I've found already elsewhere. There is WAY more headache and detail to this long story but I'm just too tired of dealing with people that could care less. Steer clear of this website for your own sanity. They also contradict their own website when you ask a technical question.

Order came later than expected, but plants looked pretty good. The strawberry hanging planter was supposed to have flower in it. There were no flowers when I received. I planted right away in larger hanging planter with very good soil and worm compost and the flower are beginning to come back a little. Wisteria looks healthy and is already blooming.

I ordered 2 Star Jasmine plants. They arrived very quickly. They were packaged well, no soil had fallen out into the box and the soil was moist. The instructions were simple and clear. The plants looked very healthy and were a nice size. It's been 3 weeks now; I've transplanted them into pots and they're already flowering. I am very pleased with this company. Customer service is polite and helpful.
I ordered a 5-6 foot Rose of Sharon tree to be delivered to my brother-in-law. It was supposed to be shipped out the week of April 10th. It's April 27th today. I signed up for text updates. I haven't heard anything and the tree still hasn't been delivered. I emailed the company and I am waiting for a response.

Our trees came quickly & were packaged well. Unfortunately the delivery guys didn't read the large, bold print saying to lie package down. One of them is a little rough but seem to be doing well once planted.
Trees look like they shifted during shipping. Some of them are bent over at the bottom and cannot stand up straight. Tips of new trees are browning.
There was some confusion with delivery which turned out to be the carrier's issue. When I contacted customer service, they were professional and helpful. Plant seems to be having a rough time after transplanting. We'll see how it goes

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
