My order of 412.00 was cancelled w/out any reason. My money was returned. But, it would have been nice to know why?

Received one rose tree in large box with an avocado tree shoved in box also. Rose tree was completely smashed. I planted it but am not sure it will ever recover or even live. Worst job of shipping I have ever seen.

I purchased a pomegranate tree for the wifes birthday. The tree did arrive promptly and nicely packaged. However, upon planting it we noticed the tree is comprised of two branches emanating from a sharp "V" at the trunk base. From what we understand about trees this is not good, as the branches tend to break at that point. Additionally in several locations the bark has been substantially damaged.
This tree is ok for now, but we don't expect it to last very long

I received my navel orange tree when the company said I would. It came very well packaged and protected, and it looked very healthy. I have had it now for about a month and it looks like it is thriving, with new green growth.

Extremely happy with the purchase, planning to buy few more plants soon

I spent a considerable amount of money on a nice Japanese Maple that was the largest size they offered. When I received it I was disappointed by how small it was. Further disappointment came when it died within days. I planted it within hours of receiving and followed the planting instructions too.

Lemon tree and blueberry bushes came beautifully packaged and well taken care of. I am already seeing blueberries! Very happy with my purchase.

The shopping experience was easy and I received the tree quickly. I know I can call if I have any questions, as I've never purchased a live tree before.

I have used fast growing trees twice. The first time in January I bought and received 2 wisteria and a jacaranda tree. I planted all three and after two weeks the jacaranda was starting to show some new growth. Then February came and So did the snow. I live in Huston, Tx. And we had below freezing temperatures for a week. The wisteria never had any growth on them, but the little thst was on the jacaranda died. We lost other plants as well and figured the wisteria and jacaranda tree were goners as well. About three weeks later the wisteria started to show signs of growth, we were very surprised and happy. However there was no change in the tree. So, about a week later I went to dig it up and throw it out. Imagine my surprise when I see three small shoots growing up from the base of the tree. I would not have blamed fast growing trees if they all had died. Huston hadn't had a storm like that in thirty years. Thankfully though they all survived and are doing well.

Fast Growing Trees sent me a good specimen, in good shape, and very quickly. The problem may be that they sent it too quickly. They said they would ship it the week of May 3 (therefore arriving about May 8-9), but instead instead they shipped it almost a month earlier, arriving about April 10. Although the hydrangea (tree form) arrived in good shape, it was still snowy, cold, and windy here in Northern Utah. I waited about 4-5 days to plant it, but it is not in nearly as good of condition now as when it arrived. I hope it survives. I would have waited to rate this transaction, but they have sent me 3 requests to rate this. If it survives, I would have rated this a "5." However, if it does not survive, because of it dealing with the cold and windy weather, I would lower this even more. I wish they would have shipped this on May 3rd, like they said they were going to do. I'm very glad, however, that I got this tree.

I used to have these at another home and loved them. I ordered these and I wasn't disappointed. Very healthy plants and had total instruction on planting and care. I would definitely use Fast Growing trees again.

I was very surprised to open my door and find my trees on the doorstep. I didn't receive any notice that they were coming. The poor trees have been through a lot and I'm still not sure if they will survive. I did purchase the "warranty" on them however I have little faith that it will be honored since I submitted a question to them and never got a response.

But all 4 trees were standing on end at the end of my driveway, damaging (by crushing) one tree completely. Fast Growing Trees quickly sent out another tree- but the box was also standing on end. Whose problem is this? And how do you prevent it?

Arrived well packaged. I was very pleased it was not heavy and I could easily move it to the planting site and it was a 6 foot tree. Great looking tree doing well.

Product was mis represented on the site, total disappointment!

My fig tree came with figs on it already. It was very healthy when it arrived and continues to grow nicely.

I have purchased from this website multiple times but unfortunately I don't think I will anymore. My beautiful arbequina olive tree died within a few months of when it arrived. So far the rest of the trees I have purchased are doing ok but the tree arrived immediately dropping all its leaves (which can be normal so I waited and treated it as instructed) and it eventually died completely.
