The blueberry tree looks good with flowers. Very happy with that.
I did not receive the everbearing strawberry plant. I received another blueberry plant instead, a total of three blueberry plants. I spoke with someone and she said she will send the strawberry Kant and I should receive it this week. My concern is these two

We received two trees on 4/16 even though we were originally told that our shipment wasn't supposed to ship out until the week of 5/3. The trees that we received were a bit limp in the box when they arrived and so we immediately planted them per instructions but the temperatures dropped quickly overnight and froze the trees. I'd be surprised if these trees ever recover. Would have preferred that FastGrowingTrees stuck to original delivery date to give the weather a chance to settle in as temps in the Northeast fluctuate quite a bit in April. Only time will tell.
The tree was in good condition but it is one sided, I hope the limbs will grow to the other side.
We ordered a mimosa tree for our front yard, not only for the beauty of the tree, but also for shade. We decided to go for the 5-6 foot size. Our shipment was delayed a few days. They said the tree would be pruned for the health of the root base... when I opened it the poor thing was completely bare. It's been about 2 1/2 weeks & its sprouting like crazy.
Definitely would recommend to family & friends.

My order arrived 3 weeks before it was supposed to and ended up freezing. I contacted Fast Growing Trees and they're sending me another free of charge.
My flowering crab arrived fully leafed out; small root ball wrapped in burlap. Leaves were already withered when it arrived. I have planted it and watered regularly for past few days. Not much change in leaf condition. It's alive but clearly struggling! Not happy that the tree was shipped "bare root" when it was obviously well leafed out.
I'm hopeful, but very dubious that it will survive!

Recieved the trees in good condition. A few cut were not trimmed to laterals, but overall good condition. After 20 days I am starting to see some life in both saplings. I'm pretty well satisfied with my purchase.
Bought two rose of Sharon's one came already starting to bloom and the other I was worried about, but we planted it and now it's starting to bloom as well.
So far everything is good and as expected. The trees came quickly and in good shape, I will order from them again.
I was very disappointed when the 5-in-1 apple tree I bought last year died. Fast growing trees was kind to give me a store credit for the following spring, but then there were a lot of issues, and I am very disappointed. I was assured the trees would be in stone, but my coupon expired before they were. An associate told me I was on an email alert for when they became available, but I never got any emails, so I started checking back regularly myself. The multi-in-one trees were never listed and then all of a sudden completely sold out even when I was checking back every few days. On top of that, this year's varieties were different and not what I wanted anyway. After several calls and disappointments, I did not receive the refund I wanted, but was allowed to use the expired coupon to buy something else that I didn't really want, but had to use. Then those trees were lost in shipping and had to be reshipped.
I was originally really excited about my 1st tree, but now that I have planted the new ones, I am sad something I don't want is taking up my yard and worried it won't live anyway.

I was excited to order a red but for my husband, we expected delivery on a Monday and where leaving town on Saturday. When the tree did not arrive on Monday I phoned and could not get a specific day of arrival. Since we were leaving town and would be gone for 10 days I had to cancel the order.

If this is tl; dr, know ONE thing - first time buyer - this company loves it's trees and it's customers.
I googled "fast growing trees colorado" and ended up looking at plants at FastGrowingTrees.com. I figured I'd look around for what I needed and then go to the local big box store. I was hesitant to buy live plants from an out of state vendor. I was hesitant to buy plants I'd never actually seen. I thought the whole thing was a bad idea, but I ended up finding a bunch of beautiful trees. There were positive reviews. I decided I liked the idea of the risk better than lugging the plants from the big box store, especially since I ended up getting some 6-7 feet trees. I figured if it was awful, my credit card is good with disputes, and it wouldnt be tough to have the credit card company take care of it.
I should have stayed focused on those beautiful trees. My time would have been far better spent and so much closer to reality. I had a user error during the purchase transaction. I emailed customer service and assumed they would never respond or tell me it was too bad for me. Nope. They responded immediately and modified the transaction advantageous to me. I couldn't believe it.
The plants arrived and I had trouble with one. I emailed customer service. Again, responded IMMEDIATELY, very eager to make everything perfect for me and the plants. No arguing. No blaming me for doing something wrong. No hassle. I'd dreaded dealing with it because I just didn't want the hassle. Again, I should have focused on those gorgeous trees. I was speechless.
Customer care like this is a rare find in this day and age. When you find a company like this, hold on for dear life and tell all your friends! I expected the worst. I got the best! I would not think twice about more plants from FastGrowingTrees.com

I was looking forward to receiving the trees I had ordered, based on the many positive reviews and the pictures, commentaries, etc. First of all, the shipment was delayed a day and maybe that had something to do with it, but when the trees arrived, I immediately removed them from the box. I discovered what appeared to be two trees that were stored in a dark place and had not seen the light of day for a long time. Many of the leaves had fallen off and a few on the crepe myrtle had dried up, but mostly there were no buds on the trees, or very small beginnings of buds. I planted them immediately and I am hoping they will come back to life. It has been two weeks since I received/planted them. The eastern redbud is beginning some new growth, but with weak color and the crepe myrtle is still not showing much in the way of growth. I will not be spending such a significant amount of money with FastGrowingTrees in the future.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
