I mistakenly hit submit when I completed a Passport Renewal Request. I was actually just interested in finding more information. As soon as I did that I realized I didn't mean to and filed a cancellation request. Yes, I understand I apparently agreed to a no refund cancellation policy (although I didn't mean to hit submit). They do state on their website that despite that policy if you contact them the same day they may be able to help. I contacted them within 30 minutes and they refused to help.
