Please do not use this company. Instead of fast track is slow stack. I pay for express on 03-19-16 and i still having got it. They have bad customers i contact them and they said we didn't guarantee you it would come and 5 days. So i ask them for a refund and they want give it to me.

So I needed to order a new birth certificate I follow the prompts and did what it said anytime I had any questions or concerns they were great and calling me back they told me they would call me back within 24 hours I called three times and they called me back within an hour I highly recommend anyone that needs a birth certificate and you don't have all of your documentation and you needed very fast this is one of the number one site to go to I will definitely recommend it to family and friends the gentleman that I talked to was very friendly and helpful

I needed birth certificates for my self and my daughter after looking on the states web site I was overwhelmed so i googled other options and found fast birth certificates ordering was so easy price was fair and handling and shipping was super fast took less then a week to have both birth certificates i highly recommend this company if you need a birth certificate fast.

Fast birth certificates. Lied in there response. They never called me nor did they explain anything.
Fast birth certificates kept my money of over $90 and spent it on animal waste and sent it to my home in Florida.
If you chose to use these people yourself then be aware.
I still have not ever received my certificate.
We sent away for it explaining to the proper city about what happened, they sent me the certificate. All I paid was postage.

Thank you so much. Even though any individual can go and obtain a birth certificate without using a service, you guys are worth every last penny so that i didn't have to sit at a computer, make phones, and try to figure out the all of the processes it takes to get that certificate. You do this daily and know how to expedite things, i honestly cant believe how quickly this is showing up especially from Los Angeles county which is deathly slow.
