My son needed a certificate for a driver license and we couldn't find it.

We placed an order on 9/23. A confirmation email stated that if they need anything further they would let me know via email. I got an email from a representative on 9/24 requesting a copy of my ID. I sent my ID which was a bit too blurry. The nice rep was very patient with me in helping me get a clear ID to them. I received the certificate in the mail today!

Pleasant, smooth, stress free experience. Much better than trying to do the paperwork and filing through the state directly!

Upon having issues with the service, I emailed the business and received an email back. I was asking for an order status, which they did not answer in the email. I emailed twice more and left a voicemail- all three attempts with no response. Upon emailing once again, I received a call from an agent. It was not a helpful phone call. I had asked to put her on a brief hold of about 30 seconds while I was at work. When I came back, she had hung up. She texted me saying she would forward this info to the billing department. That department responded as a forward from the agent who had called me. Below the response to me, the email read, "This customer is suffering from whine/complain sydrome currently. It's chronic at best..." I responded letting the agent know that I had read that and would like a supervisor to call me. They responded and said "unfortunately, a supervisor will not be calling you." When asked for a reasoning, the agent explained that they do not have phone support. That is not true because there is a phone number on their website as well as the fact that I had just spoken to someone on the phone. I am very frustrated at this time and cannot believe the way I am being treated by this company. And this was after multiple attempts to get in contact with someone even though their website does state, "live and open communication" as well as "trackable order/shipping."

I needed a copy of my birth certificate FAST for a new job. At first I was sceptical that they would be able to deliver it on time. After my order had processed I read some negative reviews online and the pressure was getting to me. At one point I really thought I'd been scammed and I was going to have to drive 850 miles in order to begin my job on time. I recommend communicating with customer service via email, they were was on point. Not only did they answer all my questions. They caught/corrected an error in my application AND had to run two of my credit cards to get the order placed. Still my certificate got here in two business days. If you need a birth certificate fast go with this company.
