I have to say that I was very hesitant to use an express service to order my birth certificate after reading so many horrible reviews. However, I could not wait due to my pending license renewal. I took my chance on this company and wow... I had my birth certificate on my doorstep in 4 days! I placed the order on a Saturday morning, quickly faxed them my notarized statement and there it was on Tuesday when I arrived home from work!
Best customer service very informative very fast delivery. I would recommend using there service for any one needing fast dependable service. I needed my document and they were delivered a day earlier then promized. I was very impressed with there services. Paul

They continue to email me, but never address my concerns - telling me that I must not have "read" their fine print. Then they tell me the don't Mail stuff - yet I received a form from them in the U.S. mail.
They offered a refund only if I remove my review.
Deceptive and misleading business practices. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES!

I paid for them to process a ss card application. They MAILED me a form for ME to fill out and take to the local SS office with my ID. What service are they providing? They charge a lot of money for nothing. I ended up doing all the work. WTF?
I ordered expedited service from this company. PA stated it could take 70 business days due to state budget issues. I couldn't wait that long because I needed this for my passport. I emailed customer service and explained my situation - asking if anything else could be done (even though they are very upfront on processing times - so I really wasn't expecting much help - because I thought it was out of their hands). They exchanged multiple emails with me and their last one was - let me see what we can do.
LITERALLY - THE NEXT EVENING (last night) - my official birth certificate was at my door! I could not believe it. This company's customer service and action is truly impressive. I am so grateful they did this for me.

I needed my birth certificate to get a passport and did not have time to drive to the county office. Enter Fast Birth Certificates! I was able to order online and the process was very straight forward. They sent me the notary form and even included an example for how the form was filled out which was very helpful! Two days later, my birth certificate arrived at my door! All without having to drive anywhere or stand in long lines. Would highly recommend!

Told these people I wanted to talk to a live person, this still hasn't happened and they have my telephone number, gave up trying to talk to these people through this e mail crap, I have since filed a dispute with the credit card company
Paul- we have emailed, and called you multiple times, and cannot get ahold of you. We left 2 message with your son, who said you were sleeping, and have sent you countless emails. It is impossible for us to help you if you won't get back to us. Further, we have not received a single email or phone call from you EVER. How can you complain about our communication, when you are the one who will not respond?
Took over 2 months to get a birth certificate, had to call the state of pa. To get it, then I had it in a week, I could not get a live representive with this company to tell me the status of what was going on with the birth certificate (everything is done through e-mail), as I needed it for my cdl drivers license
Very fast; less than 2 weeks, official state birth certificate. Very simple and saved me a ton of time and the hassle of bringing my kids with me to a courthouse. Very happy!

My certificate arrived much faster than I expected and faster than they quoted online. Wow, a company that actually over delivers! That's about as rare as it gets! Oh, and extra bonus- they responded to my email with a question immediately. Will use them again, HIGHLY recommended.

I still haven't received my birth certificate it's been probably 5 months now, customer service is rude they told me I'm not allowed to cancel they said that if I want to try to cancel I can write it out and mail it into their office. I'm extremely disappointed I ended up having to drive to Santa Ana to the courthouse and within probably 15 minutes I was able to get my birth certificate so I wish I would have done that in the first place I'm wasted $95 that I will never see back because of this horrible company I would never recommend them ever and I will make sure that I let everybody know how horrible this place is to their customers.
So after posting this review I received an email from the company, they stated if I remove my review they'll go ahead and refund my money, after much negotiation (because in the email they also told me that it was probably somebody on my end that lost it, which was BS) I went ahead and removed my review, the email after that stated that they'll continue to look into it and I will be no longer receiving my refund. This company is a scam! Completely untrustworthy. I went on the Better Business Bureau website to write a complaint and their business is not even on their site. SCAM.
Third time updating my review still extremely dissatisfied with this company never received my birth certificate I filled out all the paperwork that I was supposed to fill out and also mailed in the money everything was done on my end I even received email confirmation stating that I did what I was supposed to do they're trying to tell me that I didn't complete it and that I'm confused, they are incorrect this company is a scam they're trying to rip people off and it's a bunch of BS if you believe anything out of their mouth I wish again that I read reviews before I ever gave this company money. And I still have never received my refund nor my birth certificate.
Hi Jamie, it seems you may be a bit confused, because all of what you are saying in your review is unfortunately incorrect. The issue with your order was that you didn't send in the required documents, after many many of our attempts to ask for this from you. This is a fault on your end, not ours. Then, we DID indeed give you a refund. And we ARE accredited by the BBB.
As a hard working small business, we are here to help our customers in every possible way. But I also have no problem calling out BS, and your review is unfortunately exactly that.

I am very happy with the service. This saved me time so I didn't have to go down to the hall of records, and was very reasonably priced.
I stayed in contact via email and was lied to through email they assures me they will stay I. Contact with me and would be able to handle my request and they failed at every step of the way I even asked if they could send me a confirmation of proper documents before mailing and they did not do so and now they have sent me the wrong documents I am outraged and unsatisfied by the lack of comentnment shown here zero percent on professionalism but they sure did take my money I want a apology and my money back
Worried causes I had little time but they came thru in 6 days I was impressed can't say enough I know you might not believe but I'm here to say if I need again I will use without a doubt.The only thing is I text a lot causes of my time frame I do wish they would get back sooner but they did get me fixed and I'm glad. Unfortunately this company has decided to lie and state I did not order from them after I would not accept their offer of a refund in exchange for removing my review. I have all my email exchanges with them as well as the private messages they have sent me on this site. Not sure how a company thinks this is in any way ethical.

Let me preference this by saying that I do a ton of online ordering. Because of this I rarely write a review as it would be overwhelming to keep up with. This is hands down the worst service I have encountered in years. It took over two months to get the birth certificate and during my inquiries about the progress I was made to feel it was my fault. In email correspondence the staff was rude and condescending. There was a point at which I gave up, ordered from Vitalchek on May 27th and received it in the mail on June 1st. WOW! A company has to do pretty darn bad to prompt me to share as I believe we are all human and people deserve some leeway to make mistakes but this is way beyond that. In my opinion they have two choices, greatly improve their customer service or eventually be out of business.
