Their descriptions of each item's condition have been accurate, with photos that clearly show the buyer any flaws. Their prices are fair. They guarantee authenticity. The best luxury resale site around!

I love fashionphile, shipping can be a slow but I do think it's because of the shipping company. My bag is in excellent condition and I'm always satisfied.

Bag charm was accurately described. Condition was excellent except for flaws that were pointed out in the description. Overseas shipping was prompt and item was received 6 days after purchase. 2 areas for improvement: photos showing highlighted flaws should be included in the listing so that interested buyers can decide for themselves whether they are willing to accept those imperfections, e.g. "marks" might be big or small, light or dark; customs duties and taxes should be paid at the time of ordering so that buyers would know exactly how much they are and be spared the anxious wait till customs clearance.

These bags are exceptional- I don't see anything that wasn't already described. It met my expectations and I am super happy with the purchase.

Fashionphile has a huge selection and I was able to find exactly what I wanted. A bag in excellent condition, with a box. Like new. Shipping was super fast and the bag was packaged very carefully.

My experience was quite good; I plan to return the purchase, however, due to the color. I have ordered a different Picotin in a different shade... think that will be closer to the mark. It is difficult to get a real sense of some of these subtle colors online, unfortunately.

When considering the bag, i reached out to customer service for photos. The purse is in excellent shape. I it and the price was geat. I just got it ans have already switched it out.

I have been a long time customer, buying and selling with FASHIONPHILE. I recently sent in 3 bags, all separately with the store credit option to receive the extra 10% on the always extremely low buyout price they offer. They processed one bag a the store credit and sent a check for the other 2 Valentino bags that were worth way more than I was offered, but I chose to take the hit because of the extra 10%. Upon writing to return the issued check, they gave every excuse with one being their system was down. If it was down, then wait until it was back up. The fact that all 3 bags were sent at the same time, but one was processed correctly looks more intentional. It's not a great deal of money, but the fact that they handled it the way they did lost my business. Of all the other sites that sell luxury, this one is no longer the safe bet anymore, which is also why we accept their ridiculously low ball offers.

I had a great first-time experience shopping with Fashionphile! The website is very easy to navigate and the product listings provide great photos. Contacting a personal shopper was also very easy and quick. Andrew from the NYC Flagship store was wonderful. He provided additional photos upon request and even took the time to show me another bag for comparison. I had a concern about the hardware on the bag I wanted, so he took it right to the in-house restoration department to get it looked at. They immediately took care of it and now the hardware is like new again! I cannot say enough good things about Andrew, and my entire experience with Fashionphile. Andrew was attentive, informative, and beyond helpful! First impressions are so important, and I will definitely be shopping with Fashionphile again! Thank you for making my first shopping experience enjoyable and pleasant!

This is not my first purchase from the Fashionphile. I like everything: it is easy to find what you want, great prices, nice sales, the quality is always super, everything looks like new and unused, delivery 2-3 days, neat packaging, with authentic card. I bought bags and jewelry and it was just a great experience. I highly recommend this site and thank you to all the employees who provide such a service.

UPS gave me a time they where delivering and that time a was available and when I made previous to be at home at that time they came earlier without notifying me and I miss my package l felt they should have bought it back at the appropriate time they said
