Love love love - beautiful bag. I love your nail file - cute and smart. I love how the bag is almost new if not new... I am going to look more into how you authenticate. I don't understand how a bag can arrive in almost mint condition, but it did. It must have sat in someone's closet or is dead stock? I don't know how that works.

I am very happy with my purchase, I have been a loyal customer for several years. I don't think there has been a purchase that I have been disappointed with in all my orders from FASHIONPHILE. I ordered a Saint Laurent bill pouch and it is absolutely beautiful and in great condition.

Was looking for a certain bag and found many options to choose from.

I was overjoyed when I received my LV bag! I did not know what to expect, but had a sense of protection with the refund policy just in case it wasn't what I was hoping for. This bag was in pristine condition. It's absolutely gorgeous and I just cant be more pleased!

I just received my LV Coussin PM and WOW! I'm blown away! The listing said "great used condition," but honestly, this bag is excellent. It looks and feels practically brand new. I feel like I got it for a steal it should've been priced higher for the condition it's in! Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the bag is absolutely perfect. This is why FASHIONPHILE has been my go-to since 2015. I've shopped with them for years and even visited the flagship stores — they never disappoint. So happy with my purchase. 10/10!

Shopping was easy. Quality control updates are needed in packaging & shipping. For a $3K bag, my box arrived crushed, with the only protection for the bag was skimpy paper wrapping. I get better packaging for items shipped from Walmart or Target. I have pics I can share. It felt like they wanted it to be a Saks Fifth Ave experience, which fell flat and cheapened the bag and overall experience. I'd think twice about purchasing from here again. I purchased a special edition bag that is no longer available in stores and slim on the resale market.

Beautiful bag. Just as described and pictured. Was securely packaged so even though there was slight damage to the box during shipping the bag was completely protected.

I've been stalking the Gucci Jackie like it's my job—so when I saw it pop up on Fashionphile, I didn't even blink. The listing was spot-on: accurate descriptions, clear photos, and not a catfish bag in sight. The checkout process was so smooth I was able to use a discount code and some store credit (love that for me). When it arrived, I was genuinely wowed. The packaging felt luxe—like Gucci.com levels of extra. Tissue paper, branded stickers… I half expected a thank-you note from Alessandro Michele himself. My only (tiny!) gripe? No Gucci dust bag. But hey, for the price and the condition, I'm not losing sleep. I chose Fashionphile because honestly, they were the only ones who had multiple Jackies in stock, and I'm indecisive. It also convinced me to sell a few items with them to rack up more store credit. Strategic, no? As for the in-store drop-off after I already got quoted? Slightly awkward. They hit me with the "Do you have an appointment?" line even though I just wanted to drop something off. I which they stated that on the website that I needed an appointment even with it being quoted. Not a vibe—but they took my stuff anyway, and I get it, I came in 30 minutes before closing. Lesson learned: make an appointment and bring snacks next time.

Fair prices, fast service, quality products and shipping! Everything went well. I would suggest they package the products in something weatherproof in case of leaks but otherwise packaged nicely.

Completely love the bag and of course your overall experience! The options are endless and the products and truly breathe taking!
