Shipping and delivery were quick and the bag is beautiful and exactly as described.

Good service, products are beautiful and description is accurate but 1 thing, the price is much higher than it should be.

This is the 4th bag I've bought for my wife through Fashionphile. Every one has been in excellent condition and she loves all of them.

I was a first time seller who used a PCR (private client relations) specialist. The PCR takes over your account, quotes, the whole 9. She did not disclose that if an item can not be authenticated, there would be a $75 return fee per item. During our home visit, we disclosed we thought 1 item may not be authentic and the PCR said to send it anyway. Well, over the course of 2 weeks they decided to change my quotes after shipping, deem 3 of the items "not authentic" and take 3 $75 fees out of my payment. They switched verbiage from "brand inconsistencies" when they first told me to "counterfeit items" when I gave them pushback and asked to speak to managers. It was to place the blame on me and make it look like they were stopping fraudulent activity instead of taking accountability for lack of information and mislabeled fees. (Side note: WHY would someone knowingly give a fake item to a company that AUTHENTICATES the item before sale?!) I reached out to the PCR who told me she was new and apologized that she gave me misinformation and told me she was taking full accountability, and told me she was sorry but they may not reverse the credits. Even after she ADMITTED she didn't give me the disclosures and did not do right by me! My PCR told me to avoid getting the fees taken out, she'd hand deliver the items back to me. Suddenly in another call, they changed the wording from "return fee" as it states on the website and in the payments section to "authentication fee" so they could keep the money even though the items weren't shipped back to me. Then the PCR told me she made another mistake by telling me that and she didn't know. The website for sellers is extremely hard to navigate and I had no idea what was going on. I spoke with a manager on the phone, Lauren, who told me she would speak to the head of the authentication department. They decided to "lift my ban" on my account so I can "sell again with them" and credited me 1 fee. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! They are scammers.

But the shipping company was not overall good experience. But I eventually got my wristlet that is in excellent condition

Said very good condition when I received it was in fair condition, had trouble getting my package to be held at ups location nobody can sit home all day waiting to sign a package had to go back and forth all day not worth it

Like always, the shopping experience was splendid. My purchase was delivered quickly and in pristine condition as listed.

While I am happy with my actual purchase I feel as though the description listed on the website was misleading. There were two of the same bags listed; one in excellent condition, and Chanel dust bag. I chose this bag which cost significantly more than the other. The duster is not the duster for this bag and the actual bag bare fits in there. I was confused as to why the bag was shipped in a Fashionphile duster and then it made sense when I opened the actual bag and saw the small Chanel duster while clearly does not belong to bag. I called and spoke to someone who said they will follow-up with me and I haven't heard back from them yet. While I have never had an issue with any of my purchase from Fashionphile and the reason why I have recommended you to my sisters and friends who are avid shoppers on your site, I am very disappointed that this particular purchase went this way. The layaway program really allows me to purchase in an appropriate manner for my budget. It's great. They make it very easy to understand the program, and the product was as described.

I purchased a Bottega Veneta bag. It was delivered within a week and upon arrival was in excellent condition. Almost perfect. This is my second purchase with Fashionphile and I was very pleased with both. I did a private bag authentication and both bags are authentic.
