I placed an order over a week ago and have yet to receive ANYTHING! I chose 2-3 day shipping and my order HASNT EVEN BEEN PROCESSED, let alone SHIPPED! The service is absolutely horrendous and terrible! I never plan on ordering anything again. DONT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA!
Ordered on the 24th of November and have yet to hear back from them. They have their flaws here and there, and they are usually the only clothing store I order from but after this I don't think I will be shopping with them any longer. Besides... you can find the exact items else where on the internet. Overrated at this point!

I have tried reaching out through Facebook, Instagram, phone, and emails and I have yet to hear back. I am a very dissatisfied client right now. I leave out of the country on Dec 7th, I was planning on taking the things I order with me on my trip. I order my thing on Nov 25th and you guys haven't even shipped it out. I won't be shopping here anymore if that's how they handle business. Horrible customer service!
I live in Canada, so this is for you guys thinking of ordering from this company. Listen to me first b/c I know what I am talking about! I have ordered from FN since 2016 and probably spent close to 4000 dollars there. Up until this year, the service has manageable. Of course, it is fairly cheap clothes, so you really have to pay attention to the material. I advise watching a lot of videos and reading reviews before you order! Don't order anything that hasn't been reviewed by others. I live in Canada, I don't have the luxury to return items frequently as it gets expensive.
With that said, I am never ordering from them again until they get their s**t together. I hate paying for customs and earlier this year, all my orders came custom-free from Fashion Nova which is why I continued to order form them. However, my last order required me to pay 22 dollars for customs! No, thank you.
I sent a whole bunch of items back to them worth over 150 dollars and for over a month now, I have not gotten a refund (oh sorry I meant store credit).
Did I mention FN never gives you your money back? They give you store credit so you have to buy more of their clothes and deal with more hassle to get those items. Plus, things that you order can quickly go out of stock as soon as you put in your credit card. This is how they make money; by showing the items in stock and then sending you an email right after to say the items are out of stock and here is your store credit. Business-scammer strategy 101.
In conclusion, the issues I am dealing with right now involving Fashion Nova is not over. I am going to fight this until the end. Not just for me, but for others who many experience such mistreatment in the future.

Shoes here are well-design and mostly cute and elegant. They also offer different color and variety of it which really made me order some of it. Bought 3 some time last week and it arrived.

The word about fashion nova has really spread wide that's why I used it. I never heard of it actually but my sister recommended me here. The models look gorgeous on the dresses they showcase! I hope I can wear more like those someday.
Fashion nova removed that and instead gave us free shipping and what's best is the items shipped can be received in just 2 days! But some reported to have it in 3 days though so be informed before ordering. But for me, i love fashion nova and I find the shipping useful and effective.
