I'm sorry this is so long but please read and do not shop at fashion nova they will SCAM you!

Terrible customer service and very sketchy. I ordered a few things on November 14th from Canada, and their website says 7-10 business days shipping once the order has been shipped out. However, I received my order 26 business days after I got an email from them telling my order has officially been shipped out.

Besides this, every time I tried contacting them, it failed. If I tried contacting them via the email option on their page with a question or concern about my ever so late order - they never answered my question/ concern by the slightest. Alongside, they also have a phone number you can reach them by but... shocker... this number is fake it goes in a loop then hangs up on you.

Furthermore, once I did receive my incredibly late order, it was not even complete. I was MISSING a shirt. This would have been okay if they ran out and sent me an email and refunded me but NOTHING! I have emailed them and hopefully, this issue can be resolved.

The items themselves were incredibly cheap and poor quality even for the price you can find better options. As I was yet again not impressed I left reviews of the few things I did receive. I was surprised to see the reviews for each item, so many people before me, raved about how amazing everything was, nothing under 4 stars, I was skeptical. I left my reviews 2 stars poor quality for the price and did not look the same in real life. Nothing very terrible, and guess what! They never published my review.

The worst site ever! They do not care about their customers. DO NOT buy anything!

I can't stress enough how $#*!ing unprofessional & stupid this website is. Some advice- do not order from this website, EVER! I ordered a dress for new years 3 days ago and I go to track my order it says "unfulfilled". Are you freaking kidding me? In their policy, it says it needs 24-48 hours to get your order shipped and 7 business days for it to arrive at your home (due to overwhelming demand). So I call their help phone, and what do I get? A $#*!ing automated voice lady. So I email them, and what do I get? An automated email. These people are liars, idiots & have horrible customer service. I am writing out of honesty & I hope no one orders from these idiots. Step up your game FashionNova, your service is by far the worst I have seen in my life. Oh, and thanks, I don't have a dress for new years anymore thanks to your lazy asses and lack of work!

I have placed 3 different orders from this site on 11/29/2017 12/11/2017 and 12/12/2017 and I still have not received any shipping info. I have emailed them several times and all i get is the same response as if it was an automatic email which is not even answering my questions. Horrible experience, false advertisement because they say two day shipment and because of "high demand" it could take up to 7 days... well, its been more than two weeks now and still no response. Just awful.

My husband placed an order on their web site a month ago and still haven't received his order. First they have no number for customer service you can only e-mail and then it take 3 days to even hear from them. My husband email stating that he wanted his money back because service sucked, they only sent a 1/3 of his money back on a giftcard that he can only use with them. So never again will I deal with Fashion Nova because they have just ruined Christmas for me.

I am happy that I can enjoy a new fashion piece this holiday and it is special because I love skinny jeans and new addition is here for my wardrobe. So far, this is the best online shop I have ordered from, from checkout to delivery, everything is smooth and easy. The jeans fitted me perfectly and it brought smile in my face that I wont bother for refunds anymore. Things happens so fast and Im glad that FN also changes, for the better.

This is my first time posting for a review and I only do this to worthy companies that provided me well and fashion nova was one of those. I was expecting something from them and they gave it to me, so it makes me want to order for more! Pants was in one piece, no more no less and it arrived in well condition in just 3 business days, which is the standard shipping time in fashion nova. Successful buy and I am probably gonna order for more. Thanks for the great business

I placed an order on the 24th November. Got my order on 20th December. Some of the items where so out and I got store credit, I've 18 items and I received just 6items. #******* Nov 24,2017 paid. Fashion Nova keeps promoting their clothing but are struggling to keep up with shipping their orders to customers... My advice would be not to order from them during this period until further notice that their won't be extended delivery days. This is appalling! Don't think i'll ever be ordering from them again.
