The amount of similar reviews in regard to terrible service are astonishing and accurate! My gf purchased several items from them on a promise of 2 day shipping and has yet to receive her items or a response a week later.
First of all, I placed an order December 13th but it was canceled without explanation and they tried to give me store credit for everything. I wasn't going for that because their store credit doesn't include tax or shipping. You'd literally have to pay for that again, so I emailed them & was able to just place the order again on December 15th. I did not receive my order until about 4 weeks later. I understand it was because of the high demand during the holiday but once receiving my order I was missing items. Instead of them shipping the items I had already paid for but did not receive, they decided to give me store credit. I did not immediately get store credit, they actually had to put in a request and I had to wait 24-48 hours for approval! The store credit didn't even cover shipping or tax so I had to pay for that which is ridiculous! I spent $323 just to turn around and have to spend extra in shipping to receive items that should have already came in the damn package! One of the items ended up being sold out in the size I originally ordered and needed. What puts the icing on the cake is that the items I was missing were a part of a set. So now I have tops without the matching bottoms and have to wait until they restock. Their customer service sucks. You literally have to threaten to contact the BBB to get them to respond within 24 hours. They run extremely small! I am 4'11 and have always worn a S or some times a M but for whatever reason, all their $#*! is extremely tight fitting and short compared to what is shown on the models. All their reviews saying "It's true to size, it's comfortable, it fits like a glove" is a bunch of bs and was probably written by the company. The only thing that actually fits true to size and that I would recommend purchasing are their jeans. Everything else is trash and they will not be getting another penny out of me after this.
I never received my order that I placed almost a month ago. I emailed them and they decided to cancel my order but I never got my money back. SCAMING $#*!S!
I placed an order on November 27th and my items hasn't been ship yet. They email me saying my order has been cancelled but i haven't received my money back!

This is my first order actually and Im very happy to announce that fashion nova has fulfilled their due date which is as promised is three days though for my case, it only arrived in just 2 days! Really satisfied that the lingerie arrived in time, will definitely order sometime more sooner!

Ive placed an order on 12/19, and my order still has not shipped. Ive left voice messages, and no one calls back. Ive sent email requesting status, and it seems as though you get a dummy response, instead of an actual status. I completely understand that due to holiday season, it has been extremely overwhelming. However your website specifically stated it would take 7 business days. It is now 11 days since Ive placed my order, and it still has not shipped! Very unprofessional! I placed my order in an ample amount of time to receive my NYE outfit and my vacation clothes. But of course I have nothing now. However, my order I had placed on 12/23 has already shipped, but not my other order which was the one I needed the most. Definitely will not be continuing to shop from Fashion Nova. Also, will be calling my credit card company and deny that charge. You should not charge someone until you fulfill the shipment, and then tell them an order cannot he cancelled since its alreat submitted and have ppl wait weeks for there orders.
I was never been afraid to order here because I know that the customer service always got my back. If some problems persist, I know that they are there to solve it. So yeah, was happy to stumble upon FN and Im glad that my wardrobe has been getting great additions.
Every transact here is flawless and Im very sure that it is worth your money. Since mine was really really worth it! I allot some of my allowance here and I think its very cool to trust an online fashion shop. Thanks for everything FN!
