I took the plunge and ordered Fashionnova.com. The price was the best I could find anywhere and the customer support rep was extremely helpful. My only small issue was that I never received the email alert that the item had shipped. Other than that everything went perfect and the romper was exactly as ordered.

I was skeptical about ordering from the online store because I have read a lot of bad reviews on Fashion Nova that the deliveries are late and that the clothes are not really as pretty as they are on the site. But theres this pair of boots I really like but cant find anywhere else, and they are less than $50 including shipping. I bit the bullet and ordered anyways, hopeful that I would be lucky and get my item on time. Guess what? I did! My mesh boots arrived three days after I placed my online order and they fit so well! My feet have never looked sexier!
I fell in love with the Give You My All Tunic so even if it was a bit out of the budget, I placed my order before I could change my mind. Everything went well with the order placing, order confirmation, etc etc. I opted for the standard shipping (I was running out of money, obvs, and could just afford the $6 shipping) and eagerly awaited my top to be delivered. That was a Monday so I expected to get the item by Thursday. I waited the entire day, no delivery. I waited the entire day Friday, nothing came. I contacted customer care and was told the shipment was going to be delivered Monday. It did come Monday but I did not like how it looked on me so I went to the nearest FN store and returned it. I found another top that I liked and they allowed me to take that I n exchange for my online order. The personnel were courteous and apologetic when I told them about the late delivery and the shipping fee. The store manager overheard and gave me a discount voucher. They really tried to make up for the inconvenience, I appreciate it.

On their site the track your order says can't locate product while on the courier tracking link they sent to me it's held in customs since 29th Jan

This was my first time ordering on this website, but I have a couple of friends that have ordered from here various times and they've never had a problem with their order or anything. My order has been said to be "delivered" and never showed up to my house... I have emailed them various times and each time they tell me the same thing and saying its not their responsibility after the order is said to be "delivered". It should be their responsibility until the package officially gets to its destination. They are basically stealing peoples money. People depend on this brand. The company was the one that pays USPS so it could be shipped to the customers' house, the customer doesn't pay USPS we pay Fashion Nova. They don't return people's money back or find a solution to people's problem. What kind of company is this! I was counting on them to get a dress for a concert and never got anything!

I went and spent Ive $180 on fashionnova and they claimed you get free TWO DAY SHIPPING. Its been three days and my items have still not shipped, I was hoping to have them before an upcoming event but it looks like that wont be the case. I even emailed them and no response!
I placed an order on February 24th and almost two weeks later I STILL not have received any shipping information. When I tried to email them asking when my items would be shipped I got an automated email back three days later. I immediately typed a follow up response asking if I could pick up my order directly from their warehouse since I live so close and still no response! Plus all their 5 star reviews on this website are fake.
They dont offer refunds of any kind so if u want your money stolen go to this website. They are slow, they dont reach out to their customers. I have been waiting on my items for a week and they advertise 2day shipping. I paid extra for my items to arrive before I went out of town and no one has contacted me about the issue. Plus I ordered 3 things and my confirmation shows only two items are being shipped. Im missing an item and I dont even get my money back! Not worth your time. Go to pretty little thing, they offer refunds and their quick. The clothes are cuter too
I ordered from fashion nova and only received 50% of my order no response at all. They certainly took the damn money from my card I am reporting this to my financial institution and putting any future blocks on fashion nova purchases. Please, Please do pay attention to how absolutely perfect those 5 star reviews are something is wrong! As if someone paid them or hired by the company daily to put out good reviews to drown the truth in the bad ones. Never ordering from them again...
I order regularly from Fashion Nova and had no problems in the past. But my latest order was the wrong color. I sent the item back with the returns request form. I would have loved it if they sent me the correct dress, but they just sent me an E-Gift Card, as stated in their policy. Its not my fault they sent me the wrong color, so why must I go through the trouble of ordering again when they could just send me a replacement? If it werent for this Fashion Nova would still be perfect for me.
I follow Fashion Nova on Instagram and I love the clothing pieces they feature. Every now and then I look at the stylish rompers and jumpsuits on the website. Last week I placed my very first online order (No Discipline Jumpsuit) and I was a bit nervous since this was my first time to buy anything online at all (I just turned 18 and just got a credit card), but ordering was a breeze. After I paid, I got a confirmation email with a tracking number. I ordered on a Friday, and I got the jumpsuit on Tuesday. It was packaged really neatly and when I opened it OMG the jumpsuit looked better in real life than on the website photos. I love the olive color, really brings out the color of my eyes. And the fit was perfect!
I need all to know! My financial information was used without my authorization and amongst other purchases #Fashionnova was one of the merchants. Im beyond perplexed *******@fashionnova has no course of action for this kinda of thing. I called as soon as I was made aware of the purchase and asked them to cancel the order- THEY DID NOT. They sent me the shipment anyways 2 weeks later. Then I asked them to send a return label (why should I come out of pocket to return something I did not buy and tried to stop from being shipped 2 weeks prior)- THEY WOULDNT. The only way I got my refund was by filing a claim with my financial institution and putting a stop payment *******@fashionnova. I shipped the items back and well see if they reimburse me for the shipping. But based on my customer service experience I highly doubt they will help me. I am a firm believer in customer service! I will take my business to the most expensive place and leave the most cost effective places based on customer service! You can not put a price on how you are treated and I will say this LOUD!@fashionnova TREATED ME LIKE CRAP! Im not an online type of shopper but if I was - I WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THEM. I hope this was a one off and they dont treat everyone like they did me... but I for sure want this to be known because they deserve to be exposed for there wrong doing and lack of empathy for consumers in general!@fashionnova learn some customer service. This aspect of business will surly round out your business. You have a product that is wanted, you have marketing that brings you business, now work on your customer service and this will secure your business.
I put a order on the first of March and a second order on the 2nd of March I received my second order yesterday which was the 5th and they still haven't even processed my first order... i wanted it to be here by the 11th because i have an event and I know it won't be here then. This is so disappointing and I can't even return the items for my money back which makes it worse! If u have an event coming up u have to order months before so your $#*! gets there in time because I ordered a week and a half before and the stupid thing said free two day shipping! BS!
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
