I've bought a couple of times from fashionnova and the products haven't disappointed me yet. Although the products are fine, the shipping is the only problem. It will say on the site that it will ship within 3 days or something, but I often get my product maybe a month later. I know that sometimes they are shipped from some other country... but if it is going to take more than the 3-7 days, then fashionnova should say so.

Its been twice already that fashion nova has just kept my money and never sent me my orders. There is no way to get a hold of customer service and Im very disappointed

Customer service is extremely poor. Service and attitude wise. They wont honor their referral bonus and then cannot provide a straight answer as to why, even though i provided them with a screenshot of their policy. Then they ignore my emails altogether.
