They constantly push these huge promotions to lure people in, but the moment you place an order, they can't keep up with the supply and demand they created themselves. On top of that, they false advertise "One Day Shipping" just to get you to check out faster—but it NEVER arrives in one day. I've paid for One Day Shipping multiple times and not once has it shown up on time. Instead, every order has an "exception," which basically means they took my money and didn't deliver what they promised. This isn't a one-time mistake; this has happened 4-5 different times, which proves they know exactly what they're doing and just don't care. They refuse to refund shipping properly and try to push store credit like that fixes anything. Their customer service is useless, their logistics are a mess, and the company is misleading customers on purpose. I'm done ordering from this scam of a brand.

I am a frequent shopper on this website. Recently, I purchased 3 dresses. When I received the package, 2 of the dresses were missing from the order. I contacted customer service, and they took a while before they replied. They stated that they shipped my items and it's their right to deny a refund or replacement, stating that an irregular or excessive history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items. Where is the record of this? There was only one other similar incident a couple of years ago, where I also did not receive an item. They suck! They make no accommodations for customers responsible for keeping them in business. I wish I could give zero stars!
I ordered genuine leather jacket, as soon as l got it it had terrible smell. After researching l found out it's due to poor leather maintenance. It smelled like dead cow. I have been a Fashion Nova customer for years and this year alone I have spent over $3,000 with them, so I am not just a casual shopper. Honestly, it is a love-hate relationship. I am 5'3" and even their so-called petite options are still long. Because of that, I am limited to shorts and dresses, which does not work in winter. It feels like they design only for taller women, which is really disappointing because they do have cute matching sets. Customer service is where the frustration really sets in. It is nearly impossible to reach them. The only reason I finally got a working contact was because my delivery carrier gave me *******@fashionnova.com (and you are welcome, because you will not find that listed anywhere). Even then, dealing with them is exhausting. They only give you 14 days to report damaged items and refuse to make exceptions. When I placed over an $800 order, I found a damaged piece that was not even eligible for return. There was no explanation, just a flat refusal. Also be aware that any return is for store credit only, not an actual refund. On top of that, Fashion Nova never posts the negative reviews I have submitted, which is very telling. If you shop here, make sure to read the bad reviews, not just the good ones, because that is where you will see the real patterns. Bottom line: Fashion Nova has trendy styles and constant sales, but quality is inconsistent, sizing is unrealistic for shorter women, returns are store credit only, and customer service is one of the worst I have dealt with. Be cautious, and only spend what you are prepared to lose.
I ordered a couple of dresses and received them on 30.10. One dress was defective, and I made a defect claim on 31.10. I received a confirmation of the claim. They answered me 30.11 "we can not proceed with this request as the claim has to be made within 14 days of delivery"?!?!?!?!?!?! I sent you the claim the next day after the delivery. I have sent them 4 emails ever since, no answer... I have now asked my bank to revoke the payment. I will tell all my artist and performing friends to never order from them. I will make a TikTok as well, as they are literally scamming!
I'll start by saying that I've made more than 75 purchases from Fashion Nova since 2018, and I have proof to back that up. Recently, I placed an order worth $440, which I never received. I contacted their customer service, and Fashion Nova told me that it wasn't their problem and that they aren't responsible for a missing package. However, in reality, the merchant is responsible for the order until it is received by the customer. If the package is not received, the merchant must refund the customer. Since they made no attempt to help me, I contacted the Consumer Protection Office in my country (Canada). They advised me to contact my bank and file a chargeback request, which I did. After that, Fashion Nova reached out to me, suddenly claiming they wanted to help, but since there was already an active chargeback request, they said there was nothing they could do. Now, I placed another order afterward, and I received it yesterday. My order was missing one of the sets I purchased and instead included a pair of boots — which I never ordered at all! I contacted customer service again, and so far, I still haven't received any response from them. I'll probably have to contact my bank again to dispute the missing item. This is theft, Fashion Nova! Items are garbage and poor quality. Nowhere is a disclose that when you place and order, choose to return or when prompted to purchase your own return label that you WILL NOT receive your funds in the original form of payment used. Only until after they've received the return do they send you an email saying they sent your return credit as a gift card. Fashion Nova is the worst, bad quality products and you don't received a return on you original payment method, they make you purchase because the only way you received a refund is through the store gift card.
The return policy is trash, the majority of the time they don't email your e-gift card, and you literally have to threaten and then just wait to see if you're lucky and get the "e-gift card" which is your own money that you pay for the purchase. They will continue to reply to your emails like an automatic response stating the same thing over and over again but with no gift card. To me, that is a form of stealing people's money. You never know what you will receive - sometimes the item is pretty cool others it is horrible, cheap, and misrepresented. Then the return policy and procedures are ridiculous and expensive without actual refunds, only credit.

Fashion Nova has a horrible return policy. I purchased cloths from Fashion Nova, several pieces were not allowed to be returned, because they were on sale. The other pieces of clothing were returned, but Fashion Nova only provides a return to their store. WTH! I want my money returned to my card, not returned to Fashion Nova. Find a reputable clothing store with real customer-oriented refund policies. Conclusion: Don't shop at Fashion Nova if you feel you might need to return merchandise.

When you are more concerned with getting paid versus great customer service that's your number 1 issue for me. They don't give a F about their customer. Short story I ordered an item, the address validation never appeared. They thought they had the right address and soled immediately to update my address. No luck! Their system don't allow it. Afterwards, I said cancel the order. No luck! Their system don't allow it. They'll ship to an address in Fl but I'm in TX. I couldn't cancel or update my address in less than 30 minutes of placing the order, their system doesn't allow it! I'd say an F company just because of how they treat customers. If I get the order I can ship it back well I won't get it bring the address is wrong but even address was right I shield be able to cancel in order made less than an hour. You want to ship it and see what happens! Just poor service for me! I already didn't really want to shop here! I'm turned OFF. Pathetic company that prefers to get the money than service their customers! I say NO! Do not order from them.

I have solid proof that there was an issue with an order, and no one is listening. I keep getting the same generic email regarding my never delivered package. Each time the reply says, "I have investigated your issue using our internal tools. We appreciate your concern and are here to help." This is clearly a lie. If anyone read anything I sent, I would not get the same answer each time.
