Further to my first review, the first item I received from Fahionmia is still the only item I have received. Their customer care team respond quickly and promise the earth but to date I have had numerous updates that each subsequent item I choose is no longer available. It is over 2 months since my first order and I have finally cancelled it in frustration, although nearly 2 weeks later I have still not had my refund.
Apologies to anyone who ordered on the strength of my first review, the quick despatch was obviously a one-off. I was given a coupon to spend as compensation and one month later my second order hasn't arrived either. Don't waste your time.
Fashion Mia has been wonderful to work with. My contact there, Winlia, is quick to respond to my inquiries and offers solutions. The products they offer are of good quality and good price. I recommend Fashion Mia... you will be Pleased!

Too short, too tight and stitchings are dodgy. The length is not accurate with specification.

I did many orders and never was dissaponted. Sometimes it can take more time for delivery, but I can trust packages won't be lost. Costumer care is very polite and quick responds to any question. Items are good quality exactly same size and color. I like to do shopping here. Waiting for my next order - gold dress :)) )"
I placed an order for several items. Only one of the items was actually wearable due to quality of construction on the other items: Sleeves were different lengths, mediums were like extra smalls, pictures on website did not match actual product. I was offered a refund of a very small portion of my original cost but NEVER saw the refund. I got promise after promise after promise for months. STILL no refund has every shown up! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM FASHION MIA AGAIN... I will suggest that no one else does either.
Customer service was good, in that they reassured me that my order was on it's way and the lag was due to the holiday season. They included a discount coupon in my shipment as well.
I have ordered 4 items only one of the is in stock. The rest is out of stock. It is not meaningful why they sale a product which is out of stock. They also did not refund my money back. I am waiting for a long time to refund my money. Stay away from fashion mia.
I have bought a lot of clothes from Fashion Mia, their prices are cheap for most items, the quality and range is very good, good fabric, free delivery, Easy returns. They are my favourite online shopping store.
I have never ordered clothes via internet and have heard from other people that it doesn't always work that well. Somehow things don't fit, the material is not what it was supposed to be or it simply doesnt look on you.
After all you can't try it on before you buy it. After having seen this particular add however, I really fancied the dress. Dediced to go for it. And am more than pleased. The item is very attractive, looks good on me, was here in no time and didn't cost as much as its originality would suggest.
I was very impressed with the amount of choices for each item. Different styles, numerous colors, and sizes. I have received only 1 of my ordered items and was very impressed with the quality plus it looked exactly like what was displayed for that item on their website. I would definitly order from them again!
