I bought two dresses on February 8 and still have not heard anything back from them I had to open up a dispute with PayPal they finally said they shipped it on February 26 I still have not received anything from them I will never purchase from these people again and I suggest you do the same.
I absolutely loved the jackets ordered. One of them was a bit small though so I needed an exchange. They were very helpful. Answered all my emails and questions within a timely fashion and came up with a quick and easy solution to then problem. I'm very satisfied.
I had ordered a sweatshirt. I had loved the feeling of the fabric. It was super cute and super soft. However, I wish they had told me the sizing was that of Asian sizing instead of being similar sizing to the United States. I have been working with customer service and they have been kind and helpful so far!
Fashionmia has low prices, however the fabrics used are a bit rough to the touch. Refunds are not easy due to the location, however the customer service worked out an equitable solution. Be careful of sizes when ordering.
I purchased few dresses and I will NEVER buy from FashionMia again!
1) Product description is incorrect (e.g. Fabric: COTTON but the actual dress is made out of syntetyc fiber)
2) They send defective product
3) They send items that were never orderd (different style and size)
4) They do not want to give money back for defective or wrong items.

Fashionmia has worked very well with my requests and exchanges. They are easy to order from and the price is very right! They have returned my e-mails in a timely manner and have been very pleasant and helpful with all my questions.
Run away from these scamming jerks. Your first hint you're going to get ripped off is that there is no customer service number. Secondly, they will never answer emails.

Two months ago I purchase over $100.00 clothing. I am going to a destination wedding at a resort so I purchase so easy to pack cloth also they look comfortable. One top came. I waited and waited and waited, I then contact paypal (which is a God sent because all order confirmation for purchase is missing) Through paypal, I learn that the rest of my order was out of stock. Really, they didn't even contact me to say anything. Don't be fool by their cheap price. I am now disputing my money
I only gave one star because it won't take zero. I ordered a coat, not realizing the company is in China. When the item hadn't shipped in a reasonable amount of time I checked my confirmation to get the tracking number and realized they had also put the wrong color on my order. So I requested to cancel since it was taking too long and was wrong anyway. I did not get a response so after a week I followed up. Finally got a response after threatening with a dispute asking for more time and patience. I reiterated my request to cancel. A couple of days later I got notice that I couldn't cancel because it shipped. The medium size sleeves were almost to my elbow and the top button wouldn't even close. The cost to return was $27 on a $33 item. I have opened a dispute with my credit card.

Fashion Mia offers a good number selection and almost one would need especially wardrobe essentials. Caters to different type of customers. Young and old. Prices are reasonable.
Please make sure what your ordering is correct it might no be the same as the picture shown on the website. One thing is they do respond quickly with there emails so they don't keep you waiting.
I bought a Ladylike& Comfortable Band Collar Denim Plain Bodycon-Dress. I really love the dress and it is of good quality. This is my third time buying this dress... I would buy it again and again... probably give a gift to a friend or sister.
The product is very good and the quality is amazing. Refund policy also very nice. Overall everything is perfect. I'm happy with the product. I'll go with the new products in future.
I ordered three items from this place. Keeping in mind, that they are overseas, and very cheap, I wasn't expecting super great quality or anything, just some cute, cheap sweatshirts. My order was missing an item, I ordered 3, only got 2. And BOTH of the two items I did get WERE THE WRONG SIZE. I think if they had all been there, and the correct size, I might have actually liked them. So frustrating. Now I have to deal with trying to fix this with a company based in China. I have already disputed through Paypal. Ugh. Lesson Learned.

Q: I requested for a cancelation of my order due to the wrong size i choose since on the 23 February, so i requested to get their company phone number which they gave me but it never connect to any customer care staff. I am honestly beginning to worry because i dont even get any email from them as regards my request.
