Ordered 1 item, now the website says they are closed 3 weeks for chinese new year. No response to emails. No way to get my money back. Order status has been ''processing'' for over a month. $20 lesson learned.

4 months later they have sent me a phishing email asking me to give them my paypal login in order to get my $20 refunded. That is correct: they are attempting to hack my paypal account. Very, very, VERY bad company

Let me start by saying i am a reasonable and patient person. I ordered 5 items on january 10th and the 3 to 5 day processing listed on their website is not true. It took 3 weeks to get two items, one of which was waaaaay to small. Way off the size chart. Asked for a refund for three that never shipped on Feb 7 and was given the run around until Feb 23. Do you know why i finally got my money? I opened a complaint with paypal. Dont use a debit card, you will never see your money again. Avoid! P. S all the positive reviews are fake.

I ordered three items; two were delivered. And I have to say the material is appalling. Their size guide is bizzare but, like others have said here, the hassle and cost if returning the items to China is too much. The third item never arrived. I emailed and was told a refund had been authorised. This was on the 3rd of Feb. I'm still waiting. My original order was made in the 8th Jan. This is a terrible company. They will send you poor quality clothing and may just decide to steal your money. I have emailed regarding my refund and they have now stopped replying. My next step isl advice. Please avoid this company it is a con, if I could mark it zero I would but that is not an option.

My experience with this website is very bad. I rated it with 1 star because there is no "zero star" to give.
One of the items I bought was totally different from what I received, and they refused to do except very mild partial refund, though it was totally their fault to send the wrong item.
The other items in my order were totally deviated from the size chart they provided at their website.
Don't forget also the very slow shipping. It took nearly 2 months for my order to arrive.
Very unsatisfied with dealing with such non-honest website. I would never buy anything from them again, and would never recommend this website to any of my friends.

Still over a month and nothing. They like to take your money though. Thank God for being about to dispute with my bank that I have my money back. I tried to cancel and they said they were shipping two of the items of what I ordered and everything else will be cancelled. BS! If they attempt to deliver anything to my door I will refuse them! I will never ever, ever, ever do business with these scammers! And it only gets 1 star because it does not allow you to give negative stars.

This is more like a complaint. I ordered for 6 items from FASHIONMIA on the 30th of January 2016. I made an instant payment which i got a confirmation via email.
I was informed that it will take about 3-5 days to process my order, later got another mail on the 31st January, 2016 saying my order has been shipped out with tracking number RO*******CN. Uptill this moment i am unable to track it and i have not received the goods.
The Order ref. Is B******* and i got a statement on my credit card.
Please i need an explanation on this prolonged delay in delivering my goods or a quick refund of the sum of $109.70.

The dresses i ordered came in after some time (as i gather they go through the Netherlands)
I was quite happy although i should have ordered a different size. I did not returned them because of high shipping costs to and from Canada.
The company FashionMia suggested instead an incentive for me to order another item!
I was quite satisfied with their handling of the situation.
I will continue to order from them keeping in mind the sizes of the item i need.

Horrible quality clothing. Terrible shipping times, and the clothes are made for little people. I ordered some coats on Jan 6, I finally received my order on February 20. All of the coats did not look like the pictures, the quality was cheap, and poor workmanship. The worse part was the clothes are made for little Chinese people, so I am a small and ordered a medium. Well if you are a small you need to order xxl in Chinese size. The return policy is terrible. They expect you to sent the items back to China, at you won expense, which is really expensive, and they offer partial refund. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered three sweaters over a month ago and have yet to receive my items. There isn't any way to talk to customer service. You have to email only and it takes 3 or more days to respond to that. Its beyond unprofessional and I will NEVER in my life buy from this sight again. Also 1 out of three sweaters I ordered still hasn't been shipped out. It still says processing. Horrible horrible horrible! These other people making these reviews are clearly working for the company. They don't even write English correctly. Ridiculous

Got my first order and was pleasantly surprised that it was exactly as described and not poor quality as I expected for such a low price. Was totally surprised to get an unexpected discount towards next purchase with apology for delay in shipping due to high volume during Christmas time as I never complained. Also Customer Service was great and offered 2 solutions when I asked to change for bigger size. Will definitely buy more as products seem very appealing and affordable!
