I've made a purchase since 2/28. I've been getting emails that the product is not in stock and need to find replacement or get coupon for future order. Yes, that is nice and their updating me, however it took about 3-4 weeks for some of the products I ordered. I just want the rest of my products without another email to find another replacement. With these kind of clothing, you're better off going to your local swap meet or thrift store to find better deals.

I ordered on March 5, and received if March 28th through usps. I didn't mind the wait as I figured coming from China would take awhile. I paid for 6-8 day shipping and it did take about 5 days to ship. The longest part was waiting for them to process the order but I was happy to have tracking once it was actually shipped. I read to order bigger than your actual size and I did. I am a medium and I ordered the largest sizes, mostly xxl and it barley fits me. Two tops do not look anything like the picture shown. Overall for why I paid I'm not upset but won't be ordering again.

Very bad quality product, the size is not match with what they have it on their website... very bad smell like oil smell that still after two weeks is with the cloths and purse I ordered. Total scam... you don't get what you see on their website. I ordered 7 pieces to reach the minimum order for free shipping early Feb and received 5 pieces and all are crap... very bad... i threw them in garbage. Still after 1.5 months after my order I haven't received two pieces but I am so disappointed that haven't followed up as I don't want to get more garbage..

This site is too good to be true. My whole order hasn't even arrived yet... it's been two months. The clothes do run small--when trying to exchange an item they told me i'd have to pay for shipping back to China and that i they would give me a "discount coupon or partial refund as a compensation, you can use it buy one fit item for you." (which I had to decipher based on the non-english person writing the email.) BUT their website states "Please contact with our customer service team before you return the product. And please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking NO. Of the returning parcel is required, we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel." Nothing regarding a partial discount or coupon or the fact it's a pain in the rear to exchange or return. BTW their CONTACT page doesn't work (surprise).
I highly recommend websites ban them from advertising in the US.

The item (a dress) was completely different than pictured, including being made of a different fabric. When I tried to get a refund I received this email:
If you write positive reviews on the above websites, we will send you a $30 coupon for your next purchase in return for your help. Please make sure the review contains more than 30 words.

In that case, you will be offered the coupon $10+$30=$40 for your next purchase.

It takes over 20 days from the date I ordered to delivery.
The quality of the blazer is very low. It comes with stain on the fabric.
I will keep this blazer as a reminder to never order clothes from unknown brand or online store ever again no matter how good they look on the website. Stick to the brand you can rely on or go buy it from the store.

I got my order yesterday, the clothes are awful, i am a petite women and could not fit into the small because the skirts i ordered do not even have elastic waists, its just cloth, they do not stretch one bit, and I was afraid on pulling too hard on the zipper as the zipper was extremely cheap! I requested a refund, if they even dare deny I will contact my bank asap, they will not get away with this scam(also the stitching is awful, seriously trust the bad reviews on here they are 100% accurate! STAY CLEAR OF FASHIONMIA!

Also, they did not tell me one of my items was out of stock, until i emailed about it, then they said they will process my refund,. I'm still waiting on that one... when i check back it says the item is in stock, so they do not even warn people they just want your money... had no idea they are in china, as it is not stated on their website anywhere!

I ordered 2 dresses. Both were quite nice but although both were size M they fit very differently and one was too large.
I contacted Fashionmia and they said I could exchange but since the cost to ship back was similar to the price of the dress it made no sense. Instead they issued me a coupon for so I could buy another one in the right size.

The site and customer service is good but the sizes of clothing is not standard and different from the US. It's worth trying since exchanging is no hassle

These people have been giving me a run around for months about how my refund for items I ordered 3 months ago I've been getting excuse after excuse if I could upload their email responses people would really know what they are about! All the positive comments came from them theirselves under a different same look at their Facebook page they delete comments so people don't know the truth about them there are thousands of complaints about them that people aren't seeing

I ordered a dress for a wedding and it arrived in plenty of time and the dress fitted fine so I ordered another dress but unfortunately it was the wrong size but loved it so I contacted via the website, and within 24hr had a reply from Lesley, Happy with the service and the Quilty ordered more clothes. Looking back at the order the next day I realised the wrong size was clicked on so contacted to the company and once again Lesley replied within 24hr said no problem all fix don't worry so again. Thank you.
