I think this site is run by a bunch of cheaters. They accept orders, take money but don't deliver. When we inquire and insist on refund, they say it will take 10-20 business days. In my case I place an order on 2/2/2016, On March 13 I inquired and was told the product is out of stock, so I asked for refund, they told me it will take 10-20 business days, Today is 14th of April and I still don't have my refund. I know they are operating from China, if they were in USA we could have done something about. But I want to warn everyone to beware of these thugs.

I placed an order and 15 days later my order was still in the 'processing' phase. No explanation, no follow-up, nothing. I sent an email asking what was taking so long (they were real quick to take my payment) 72 hours later and still nothing. I came to site jabber and read tons of reviews from dissatisfied customers, not only in regards to long wait times and not receiving entire orders, but also poor quality and incorrect sizes. Rather than wait this long just to get something I didn't like, I cancelled my order. I also read a lot about not receiving refunds, etc. etc. Hopefully because they didn't ship it won't be difficult but I'm not holding my breath.

UPDATE: After waiting 3 days from the time I cancelled my order to receive any kind of communication, I emailed customer support and informed them I had cancelled my order (as the site still showed my order processing). The support person was friendly and stated I would receive my refund in 10-18 days. I waited the whole 18 days to see a refund on my cc. It never came. Rather than go around in circles with FashionMia I filed a dispute on the charge with my cc company. The cc company refunded me and stated that it would be on FashionMia to dispute my cc company for pulling the payment. I pretty much expected this to be the result after reading all of the reviews here on sitejabber. Avoid the headache, do not order from this site.

I feel like I have had my own service person the entire time I been ordering with this company. The young lady I have been working with is very responsive with a good attitude and she doesn't leave me waiting. She puts forth a great effort when assisting me in correcting any problems. The clothing I received has been of good pretty good quality. I will be continuing to do business with this company. They put forth a great effort at aiming to please their customers.

This company cancelled my order when I paid back in January 2016. I asked for a refund and they keep saying they will refund in ten days! 3 months and counting... nothing has happened in terms of my refund. We are talking $167, folks! I HAVE LOST COUNT OF THE EMAILS i HAVE SENT TO THEM!
Whenever you get that card to pay this company please read this review as you might remember it one day if you ignore.

"We had ordered two items. The first arrived quickly and it was wonderful! The quality was more than we expected. The second was delayed, for which we received an apology and updates. When it arrived we realized we had ordered the wrong size. Upon contacting the service department for an exchange, we found them very accommodating. They offered us a replacement item with free shipping. For the price I would recommend them in a heartbeat!"

Really worse seller, can't trust this seller, they will received your money and just shipped one package and not including all you paid money items there and DON'T USE PAYPAL any more, becauase even PAYPAL they responsibility and keep no reason said this seller not provided replacement, so PAYPAL not replacement. Please see the below email from this reduclous seller: BUT until now took long time, not resolved yet.

I've ordered here a couple times and it never looks like what the picture showed it to be. Don't do it!
