Well, first let me start by saying that it took almost two months to get the item I ordered. There is no way to reach customer service, except by email. They do respond within 24-48 hours. Once I received my dress it was too small, so beware, the sizing runs way smaller than US sizes. And, (I guess I should have expected this) the quality of he dress was absolutely HORRENDOUS. The material was so sheer that the dress could literally not be worn. The seams and hems were all terribly sewn, and I feel as though returning the item will be more of a hassle then I'm willing to deal with right niw, so, Fashion Mia, you got me... you ripped me off and I will post my experience on every social media site I can. BUYER BEWARE.

It has been 2 month now, since I order from FashionMia, until now I didn't received anything, but on emails to the customer service they're keep promising and apologising for being delay with shipment! I guess, I should forget about my money and my order! Even if I'll receive my items I am not really sure that I'll be happy, quality of items horrible and awful, specially after seeing a pictures of the items which are posted! BE CAREFUL DON"T BELIEVE FASHIONMIA and DON'T PAY YOUR MONEY FOR AIR!

Over a month and only received half of my order. Very bad quality fabric and stitching. Strings hanging, unfinished trim, see through thin cloth! The pictures are NOT of the items they send you! Sizes are either way too large or extremely childlike small! I ordered shirts and dresses in small. One arrived like a women's size large and another like a children's size medium! The sizes on the site are not accurate. I went by the dimensions indicated under each piece of clothing and they do not match the clothing I received. It appears that they steal pictures from other sites and send you low quality reproductions. Beware! What you see on their site is NOT what you will receive in the mail... if you receive anything in the mail at all. Extremely slow shipping and all items are stuffed into a small bag, taped closed, and shipped. Everything is wrinkled!

My order arrived after a month but I was expecting it round that time, items being from China. Items I ordered were for hot weather and we're flimsy and lining was short but then again what do you expect for that price. The fitting is not great either but my aunt is a seamstress so she's gonna adjust them for me. I'm pleased with my order still waiting for one dress they ddn have. In a nutshell don't expect high quality stuff for such low prices. Would I order from themy again definitely not.

Awful. The whole experience just awful. First of all, it took weeks to receive my order. When I finally got it, one of the items, a dress, was at least two sizes smaller than what I had ordered. The other item, a knit short sleeved shirt, looked nothing like what I had ordered. Both pieces were of questionable quality. The dress had some obvious flaws in the stitching. The shirt was just a tshirt and totally different from the flouncy one that they advertised.
I want to return these two items, but no one will respond to my emails.
I think I'm just going to have to take a loss on this. Donate the clothes to charity.
The clothes look so great on the FashionMia website. And the prices are so good. But that's the problem. They lure you in with low prices and then send you junk. They say they have a return policy but they don't respond to requests to make these returns. And I got to say the clothes are pretty badly constructed.
Don't shop online at FashionMia.
Lesson learned for me. If it looks to good to be true...

More than 6 weeks to get only part of my order. Both items are much too small - do not correspond to chart advertised - and one of them is polyester while it was advetised as cotton. It also is not the same as shown on pictures. Not planning to return items because once shipping and insurance is paid (non refundable) the whole thing will have cost me the same amount of money I paid already plus the time and trouble involved - forget it. Will try to find someone who can fit in.

Ordered 3 shirts on Feb. 26,2016. Money came out of my bank right away! It is now March 31st and I just the other day received 2 of the 3 shirts, still waiting on the 3rd. The 2 I did get were AWFUL! Clearly bad reproductions of what was in the picture. Really cheap thin fabric with a bad sew job! Threads hanging out, stitching lopsided. I ordered L sizes to be safe and they still don't fit. The one "off the shoulder" was so badly sewn, the one sleeve was so super tiny, like for an infant! I started leaving my comments on their Facebook posts and guess what? They deleted them ALL and blocked me from leaving anymore comments! I cannot believe they are still allowed to do business and steal people's money. Emails to the "customer service" department have gone unanswered, you can't call them. The clothes have no tags on them, no receipt with the shipment, nothing. So I am out of my money. Scam! These are the shirts I ordered, I got the 2 black ones, still waiting on the pink one. The 2 black ones are garbage!

I read all of the reviews on this site today, and I should have done that before I purchased anything from them. I placed my order on March 3,2016, today is March 31 and I have not received my order. Thank God I paid through Paypal which will reimburse me in 10 days. I contacted the website via email and a Kitty responded that my order was in transit, however, it is not true it is still in China. I sent another email advising them of their bad business practice but obviously, they do not care. See below:

I think I have been more than patient and believe that my orders should have been sent. I will contact PayPal to advise then of your deceiving practice and further more I will advise everyone through social media of your practice. Hope your $129.00 was well worth it.

- First, you are ordering directly from China. Shipment comes from China, returns must go back to China. For returns you cannot ship via UPS, FEDEX, DHL-any expedited service.
- Secondly, refunds are impossible. They advise 10 to 20 days for a refund, but so far I've been waiting over two months and nothing.
- Thirdly, sizing is way wrong, as others have mentioned. I ordered according to my measurements, and nothing matched.
Although they make their website look very modern and hip, they are not, so beware!
