I ordered a dress in January and as I write to you in April, I have still not received my dress. I did not hear anything from their customer service or any part of their company to tell me that my dress was in back order or not in or NOTHING. I decided to send an email last month to inquire about my merchandise. I received an email stating that it hasn't been shipped and is still in process and I can order something else or go find the item in a store (I have never heard of such a crass response). Against my better judgement I chose to wait, and 4 weeks later my merchandise is still in the processing status with no known delivery date. I sent an email demanding my money back. I was never offered any type of compensation, or NOTHING. NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR ALLOW ANYONE I KNOW TO.

I order my clothes at the beginning of Feb, I have received only 4 out of 9 items. I have repeatedly sent emails in which I was told that one was to be shipped in 48 hrs which I never received the rest of my order will be shipped when the manufacturing coo has them. I will never ever shop at this company again. They take your money out of it card in less then two minutes but can't send my clothes to me in a good amount of time. This company is bullish**!

Please please dont take this as another review. I am going to do a YouTube video showing just how terrible their items are. I attached photos to show you what I received. It is really the worst quality of clothing I have ever seen. I am asking for a full refund on the 2 dresses I purchased. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Believe what you read in all their reviews! This company is the worst! I purchased items ($110 worth) 1in the beginning of January (6th to be exact) in hopes to getting my order BEFORE Valentine's Day. That didn't happen. And when I got the clothes (material is so CRAPPY!) I immediately contacted them for a return because most of the items didn't fit. After about a month of going back and forth through emails (because they had "NO RECORD" of my order... which I think is part of their scam) They informed me that they only accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase and I was now OVER 30 DAYS! Well that's pretty convenient considering it was WELL PAST 30 DAYS THAT I RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE! I actually just wanted to return the clothing back (I would pay for the shipping) and even get something in exchange. They wouldn't do that. They offered me $20 voucher to shop more at Fashion Mia. Really?

OH AND THEY EMAIL YOU A DIFFERENT EMAIL EACH TIME THEY CORRESPOND WITH YOU - SCAMMERS!

The item I ordered was a coat and the arms on the coat were exceptionally short so I contacted this company. They authorized a return and sent me instructions to return the item, which I followed. I had to pay return shipping (to CHINA) and I waited for my account to be credited. 6 weeks later, the package was returned to my home with a notation that the company refused to accept the return! When I contacted them yet again, they promised a refund within 7-15 days. 20 days later, I still have no refund.

Dress looks nothing like picture on website. Very poor workmanship. Will probably donate to Goodwill... but I don't think they will accept it. Dress is most likely going in the trash. Will not even bother to return it. Not worth the hassle... not for $18.95. WILL NEVER BUY FROM FASHIONMIA AGAIN! UPDATE 4/5/16 - I opened a dispute with FashionMia via Paypal late last night. This morning, they REFUNDED all of my money. Yay! While I am definitely displeased with most aspects of FashionMia, I must give them props for customer service. UPDATE 4/12/16 - This morning I received a message from Nina at FashionMia. Since I got my money refunded (Thanks to Paypal, NOT FashionMia), she asked me to write a positive review or at the very least remove my negative review. Not going to happen. My review stands. And, I am offended that she is taking her time to try to get people to give good reviews. That time would be better spent working on getting refunds to all the people FashionMia has defrauded. Stay away from FashionMia, folks. The company is NO good.

I bought three dresses knowing it was a gamble but figured 10$ a dress wasn't a bad gamble. I spent 40$ all together! Great price for 3 dresses! I even ordered 2 sizes bigger than usual to make sure they fit because I know this company runs small, very small. I was excited to see my dresses arrived within less than 1 month, ordered on March 8 and received on April 4. The dresses were not as the picture portrayed. The jackets on the dresses looked like a printouts. The dresses looked more like costumes than outfits to wear out. The fabric was so cheap and easy to rip. Size was good, ordered xxlarge for 5.3 size 12 US. One dress was sewed incorrectly and so it slanted across my chest. Strings were hanging off one of the dresses. The material was also see through on all dressed and very thin, which it should not be see through. I do not recommend this company. Save your money and don't gamble like I did! I can't believe I wasted money buying from this company. It is in China, which is not disclosed on the website. The items are cheap, poorly made and sizing is ridiculous. I ordered an XL and the dresses I got would not even fit my very slim 10 year old. I inquired about a refund and they said I had to PAY to mail the crap items back to China. Obviously, this costs as much as the items, and who the hell knows if I will ever see a refund (doubtful). The 5 star reviews on here have to be plants. I can't believe any sane person would leave them. Run. Run fast. You'd be better off tearing up your money and throwing it into the wind.

Ordering from this site is like playing russian roulette with your money and you should expect the entire process of getting your items or refund to take 2-3 months. Not exaggerating- my order was placed 2 months ago and I have just finished dealing with this mess. You might get a very nice item or you may be stuck waiting for months on an item that is out of stock because the website will never inform you that the item you already paid for is out of stock. I would not risk ordering from this site again. If you do decide to be brave, you should know the following:
1. Check the measurements on every item as they vary significantly in sizing.
2. Don't bother contacting customer service, they do not exist. File a dispute if you want anyone to respond to your issue.
3. If your item does not change from "Processing" to "Shipped" in 3-6 days (remember to allow for time differences as the company is in Hong Kong) it means that the item is out of stock and YOU WILL NOT GET IT. You need to file a dispute and select another item or ask for a refund. The company will never alert you to a problem with your order, you have to do all the work.
4. There is a 50/50 chance the item will be very nice or a piece of trash.

Can anyone please tell me the phone number for these people? There is a message box on this home page from the "site rep/manager" saying to please contact them first before posting any negative reviews but there is NO contact number! Only that email option.
I ordered something time-sensitive (about 3.5 wees ago!) and now I need it by this Friday and am afraid I won't get it/ won't get an email response. I would much rather resolve my problem with a live human on the phone! If anyone can help me that would be GREAT! Thanks in advance :)

One of two items arrived after 45 days. Zero communication about the other item. When I inquired, it was the item is backordered and will be available in 10 days. 15 days with no tracking number, so I emailed. Still backordered. Now I no longer need a COAT in April, so please refund. Response is sure ok 10-20 days. 20 days later I ask for an update-"something is wrong with financial account -10 more days"
NO. Not a great business model. If you can't ship items, stop taking orders.

I purchased 4 dresses and one jacket from this site, unknowing that it was based in China. The quality of dresses were that of a Halloween Costume! You know the see through material that you MUST wear clothes under, well that's what they used. The Jacket was made of poor quality material that literally tore upon opening. The photos on the site are beautiful and look like quality material and NOT what they give you. When I placed my order they IMMEDIATELY debited my credit card, and I did not receive the first two dresses until two weeks after, even though I ordered it express mail. They were the worst material I ever seen. I thought it was a prank. A week later (also late) I got the Jacket, which ripped as it came out of the bag, more like dry-rot, the seam just disintegrated. About a week 1/2 after that I got the final two dresses. Well I realized that reason they took so long is because they must make them as soon as they get your order, only using the crappiest material possible. When I emailed them to return them they said I could keep them and give them to a friend because shipping them back would be expensive. I wouldn't even let my dog wear these! Then they offered me a refund of less than half my cost. I said NO and want my FULL refund. I returned them spending an additional $65 in shipping (YES CRAZY) and now they say I sent it to the wrong place when I had returned it to the same address that was on the invoice that came with the dresses. Now Three months later and I still DO NOT have a refund. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM! DO NOT EVER TRUST YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. IT IS CRAP!
