My friend and I ordered many dresses, and we based our decisions on the descriptions (both with fabric and sizing). "Cotton" seems to mean polyester nylon, "blended" seems to mean some sort of light canvas material, "Dacron" I haven't figured out yet. It seems to be a catch-all description because two different dresses were called Dacron, but they are not the same. I can't say they deliberately lie, but I don't know why they wouldn't send the correct fabric. If you have ever worn a cheap costume from Walmart or Target, then you know what this fabric feels like. Hilarious! Also, I left reviews of the dresses, and they were not posted. Other people will not benefit from what I have to say

It fit perferctly, I received what I order, even one item was out of stock they replace it and give me a rebate! It cost me half of what it cost in store and I love the dress. I oder one size larger than what I used to in CAD and it was alright.And support is perfect, I sent several email and get respond inside of two days every time. So in my opinion, you get what you pay for, I will order more and I hardly recommande it.

I seen the photo in Fashion Mia website and they are so great but when I receive they are so cheap material and the size is not fit for UK standard. All items was from China and cheap make, return is also difficult as they are in China. All item was not worth the money.

Be advised that this company grabs photos of clothing from other company websites, ebay, and people's personal photos and attempts to recreate it at a cheap cost. I bought a maxi dress that was supposed to be jersey knit. It was long and for fitting in the photo. The dress I received was thin and very lightweight cheap material similar to graduation gowns! It smelled of cheap dye as the pattern is not printed on the fabric. Ugh... never buying from them again. Plus it took a month to get it.

I order about $80 worth of items back in Feb. It took while to get my stuff, but to be expected with it coming from another country. When I got my first 2 items, the sweatshirt did not look like what I ordered and did not fit and the grey sweater I ordered was suppose to be loose and hang over my shoulder, but it was a grey potato sack turtle neck. I asked about exchanging the sweatshirt, but it cost more than the item and then they offered me a credit for a fraction of the sweatshirt. I declined since I will not be ordering with them again. I then emailed and cancelled my remaining order since I was not expecting anything that I would be able to wear since the first 2 items looked like trash. I asked for a refund and it has been almost 2 months now and I have contacted them back 5 or 6 times only for them to promise a refund by a specific date and it not be there. I told them if I did not get my refund back when they said I would (they promised within 24 hours the last time) I would contact BBB and again no money. I have heard them promise my refund to me soon and also that their system is not working and all I want is my money back for items I cancelled almost 2 months ago. It will be 2 months since they promised my return on March 11. This is ridiculous! I want my $59.85 back for the items I cancelled!

I ordered in February, Waited two weeks pasted the time I should have received my package, then I contacted them via e-mail. When I got a response from Mandy in customer service I was told it did pass customs. I could order another item or get a refund, I asked of a refund. Weeks went by and I still had not received my refund, I contacted Mandy again, I got the response that there was something wrong with their system and I will get a refund in 3-7 days. That was 10 days ago and still no refund. I contact Mandy again to find out what is their excuse this time. I will never order from this company again and I highly suggest others to avoid this company. They only want your your money then you will have to fight to get it back.

I fell in love with a coat on the Fashionmia site. The coat was made of a Soft material and included a liner. The style was excellent combining classic, military and luxury. The style was very fashionable. The coat can be worn to go out for an evening on the town or just to work. I made an error and did not include a correct shipping address. Fashionmia customer support helped correct the error and it and it was shipped to me. Their customer support was very responsive. After I received the jacket I was able to determine that the size was too small for me. I purchased a XL size but it was still too small in the chest area (my bra size is 38B). I decided to exchange the item to a size XXL and with help again from the customer support person from Fashionmia the problem was resolved very quickly to both my satisfaction and Fashionmia. I highly recommend this site to anyone.

Like so many I was attracted to website's lovely products and low prices. Love ALL the items (7) I ordered and would LOVE to continue ordering these really well-made items (my Momi is a semstress for over 40 years-I KNOW QUALITY); materials are Fantastic... although sizes do run VERY VERY Small. While I adore every item which I recently purchased, ordered around December, 2015 got my last item last week, April, 2016 which was the 2nd replacement item, I have to say that the delivery timing was LESS than satisfactory. Kitty in Customer Service was EXTREMELY eloquent and timely with regards to her correspondences with me via e-mail. She was both kind and courteous whilst describing the various explanations for the delay of my items which includes "Chinese holidays_about 2 weeks or so, material unavailability for the 1st replacement item (which took so long I was advised to order another!) which I did, and THAT item was put on "rush" or rather I was put "head of the line for that one" which FINALY did arrive! I usually wear a Small or size 3/4 (American sizes) in women's clothes, but the very cute denim dress in size Medium (ordered based on size scale given on website) was way too tight. I e-mailed the company immediately and got an immediate reply informing me that return shipping would be costly for me and offered other options. I ultimately informed the Fashionmia.com representative, Mandy, that I had decided to keep the dress and, since I know how to sew, I plan on making some adjustments to size. Mandy still offered a monetary voucher for my troubles. Very nice and generous. Just keep in mind the American/Chinese size differences when you order.

I ordered some items in my size - the size indicated by their charts, which was larger than my US size), and other items 2 sizes larger, that according to their size charts should have been swimming on me. Only 1 item fit. One of the shirts that was supposed to be an incredibly pretty pink is a garish orange. To return the order to China would be about half of the value of the return (plus their website says they will also charge you for the free shipping for any return, so paying for it both ways means it will be a wash anyway). I'll just give the items to my 10 year old daughter. They'll fit her :) You want to believe the beautiful pictures they show, but don't.
Quality of the fabric was also unbelievably bad - like a child's cheap Halloween costume.

I just received five of the six dresses paid for February 21st and received April 24. Prior to ordering, I read some of the reviews and chose not to believe it, I ordered two sizes up(xxl) as suggested by some of the good reviews. Two of the five double extra larges could not even fit my six years old daughter, the other three were so ugly and low quality that I just threw them into the trash can. First and last time for me ordering anything from China.

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30.
