For the sake of all prospective buyers please read what I have to say!
Firstly there is no way of contacting, the company except by email. You can't ring them and you can't live chat... the second problem is the dresses look fantastic in the pictures but in reality not one of them was anything like the picture and only two of them fit me properly. (I placed 2 orders over 3 months and bought a total of 16 items) 2 out of 16 are okay... In addition to that - all items are made of the cheapest materials and one of the two items that fit me has now stretched and lost its shape after wearing twice.
Before I purchased I carefully went through the sizing chart and I chose my Size according to my measurements but even that can't work because the chart is basically incorrect. Thee next problem is that when your pay for your items - they don't tell you if any are out of stock... so once your money goes through... they have your money and there's no way you're going to get it back.
They just simply let you order and pay for out of stock items! I NEVER GOT A CREDIT FOR THEM DESPITE MY REQUESTING IT OVER 5 EMAILS.
The last point - but very important is this.
Be careful they don't dupe you into thinking that your first payment didn't go through. What I mean is - that when you pay for your item on your credit card, they will email you and say that the payment hasn't gone through.
Some people without thinking would just repay again thinking the first one didn't go through.
But in reality the first one did in fact go through and they just send you an email saying
"We haven't received payment yet and could you please pay"
So take this as a warning! Go online to your bank statements or transactions to make sure that you have paid the first time before you go and pay again otherwise they will have TWO lots of your payment and the way this company works you will never get 1 cent back.
I made an order several weeks ago, and just got the clothing back to discover that they are horrible. They are cheap, the fabric is poor, the quality is inferior, and I hope I can get my money back. The prices were very low so, I guess you get what you pay for.

Fashionmia have nice service and quite cheap prices. Delivery is good enouth. Quality of fabric is also fine. I ordered dress - everything was ok. Customer service team always replies in time.
I ordered an item of clothing in February and it is now May 6th and I have not received anything. I have emailed the company MULTIPLE times demanding an immediate refund and have had one email response saying I will get a refund but... NO REFUND. Big surprise. At this point I'm just worried about credit card theft and other more sinister scenarios. Total scam piece of crap. Don't make my mistake and order anything.

I have been going back and forth with these people about returning my money for a coat I never received and for one that was too small, buttons didn't fit in the holes and one sleeve longer than the other. I have been dealing with these people about a refund since 2/16. I have literally conversed with 5 different people (Nina, Eden, Valerie, Mandi and Lucky) from this company and gotten no where. Nina said she was going to have my money put back on paypal. I didn't use paypal. I am convinced they are not going to refund me my money. They are just blowing smoke. I really don't know how they sleep at night. I think the same person keep emailing me with a different name. And the one name lucky, yea she's lucky because they take your money and send you worthless or no merchandise.

I ordered 5 items on February 4th. The first item arrived around 30 days later and did not resemble the item I purchased at all. The fabric was what I can only describe as a cross between burlap and dental floss... and did not even remotely resemble cotton. 3 more items arrived after an additional 30 days and while they were all of a normal material the sizing was completely off... I am an US XL so according to the measurements provided by their site I ordered a 5XL (talk about an ego blow) and still the items that came were so small that I can only assume they are made for a pre-pubescent child. As for the last item it never arrived... I was initially told it was on back order and to please show patience, ok... then I was told that it was no longer available and they would issue a refund, ok... WELL needless to say it is now 91 days and NO REFUND... all I can say is DON"T DO IT... yes the clothes look cute ---- online... but the hassle and disappointment is not worth it.

Please don't use this site. Absolute cheating. This company doesn't have any shame for stealing peoples hard earned money. I ordered 13 items in December and spent almost 150 dollars. What I got was some doll sized, unprofessionally stitched clothes. There was no similarity in the images shown on the website and what I got. The waiting time was 4 - 5 months. I asked for a refund. Instead of 200 dollars which I spent, I was offered 38dollars. I haven't received that money yet. I don't know whether or when I am going to get that money. Please don't encourage this cheaters by doing shopping this company.

I ordered from them on Feb 24,2016. I received two items in the mail that were no where near the picture online. I cancelled the last three items that hadn't shipped yet. I was told on Mar 22,2016 that my refund would take 7-15 days. The next day I was told 15-20 days. Either way, more than enough time has passed. I've written to them several times and I am told the same crap over and over again that it will be processed "firstly" and to be patient. I shouldn't have to be. My money was taken and I want it back. I've also tried the number on the website and no one ever answers.
I went on their Facebook page to say that I hadn't received my refund. They deleted my comment and then blocked me. What kind of company does that if it's not a scam?
To top everything off, I checked on the status of the order today and it is showing that two more items shipped when I cancelled them over a month ago!
Awful customer service. Terrible company. You get what you pay for- which isn't much.
**I'd also like to add that I wouldn't trust many of the "good" reviews. I've heard of people being offered money off their next order in exchange for a good review. There are also some fake reviewers out there.

I ordered a dress on the 4th of March, I sent an inquiry on the 16th March, because the order still was not shipped out. One week has passed until I got answer, they sait it is delayed because I did not gave the size in my order, however the dress was "one size". I got fed up and than canceled the order - which seems a huge mistake. Since 24th March I still did not get the refund, a week ago they told me I'll receive it in 2 days.
The biggest mistake was to order from them, avoid them as far as you can. Ridiculous service if it can be called "service" at all.
WOW I got an answer, how cute! It seems if they are afraid others will know their thrashy service, they seem to be alive. I don't care about your apologies and I don't belive that you cannot find the issue based on my order number. You simply don't want to and this is sad. I ordered a pretty, simple cotton dress from this company which arrived within the time frame stated. It's great quality, lovely material and well finished. I would be very pleased with it if I hadn't stupidly ordered the wrong size. The other readers are right! I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. First off Fashion Mia charged my PayPal account twice for the same order. I had to contact PayPal to get a refund for one order as FM is very difficult to communicate with. When the customer service from FM finally contacted me they were upset that I had contacted PayPal, well they should have refunded me for a duplicate order. Also when the dress's finally came after 4 weeks. One was 3 sizes to big. Also it is had been processed in Formaldehyde and my my entire bedroom room smell. I trashed it immediately. The other dress was extremely poorly made and was way to small. What a waste of time and money!

Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30.
