I ordered something and was told it was no longer available. I have been trying for two months to get a refund but am only told to have patience.
"My experience with Fashionmia wasn't a negative one as listed by a few reviewers. My first order got lost in transit, but the team sent me the order again via Express shipping, and I quickly received my dress. Many problems and concerns may be resolved with diplomacy and communication.
The dress itself was good quality for the price and the color and design matched well the description. I think the sizes do run a bit smaller but in my experience only by 1 size. I usually wear S-M and i ordered a Large. The fit was good, but i could have taken an M size. Check if the material is stretchable, in that case one size up is enough."
Waiting since May 8.2016 for a refund for goods not received. They want me to open a paypal, but their website is unsecure. Don't buy from them if you think you might need a refund. Update: March 2017, still no refund.

I loved shopping at Fashionmia. It was so easy. When I first saw the pop ups coming on the computer I was curious so I started looking. I loved the selection and how different the items were. My daughter needed a grad dress and I needed a few new work dresses. We placed our fist order and we are hooked now My dresses are awesome and they fit great and my daughters grad dress is perfect. I was working on my computer a few weeks ago and these dresses started to pop out on my screen. I thought i was dreaming, when i looked at their prices. Outstanding! I immediately went to shop & quickly ordered four different dresses. I have been very satisfied with my purchase. These dresses are awesome. My husband loves the way they look on me! He says they are very sexy and feminine. Also the material is very sturdy. Awesome, stretchy, thick cotton. I think I'll order a couple more very soon. Great great customer service. The shipping was just as I expected. I would recommend fashionmia to anybody who wants s quality at a lower cost
Fashionmia has a great product selection and their website is user-friendly. I received everything I ordered and am very pleased with the speed of shipping. Only one item was too small because the Chinese sizes are smaller than US sizes. When I contacted them about that item, they responded in a very friendly manner and were very quick to offer a return/exchange. Thank you Fashionmia!
Below is my experience and I have to tell you it wasn't pleasant but if you have ordered from FashionMia and not received the correct merchandise do not give up on a refund for the full amount. It may be frustrating but do t back down.
I placed an order with this company at the end of March 2016. First off the 3-5 days is processing time according to an email I received from them. But, they sure took my money immediately, never has a company done this before, never until the order is shipped. Should have known that it was coming from China, nothing against them but the quality is out the window as Fashion Mia sent two dresses, which I did indeed order. I ordered two of the same dress in different colors and one was right and the other was clearly the wrong item. I wrote to them and asked for a call tag to send back and get a refund for the incorrect one telling them it had sleeves and the dress I ordered did not and that one of them was fine and I was keeping it. They asked for pictures to ensure I wasn't lying. Are you kidding? Where is customer service at this so call fashion company? Now, they have determined my picture clearly shows an incorrect dress and they offered me a $10 refund, excuse me? I paid almost $45 for the dress and this isn't my fault it is incorrect. The exact words from them are as follows:
We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience to you. The picture you provided has been checked.
As for the item you received, we suggest that you keep the item with a partial refund $10 as compensation.
Is that OK for you?
My reply is REALLY!?!?! The event I needed the dress for is over and you clearly sent the wrong dress, how is $10 compensation?

I should have known something was up when they charged my account in less than 24 hours of placing my order - I've never been charged for an item with another site BEFORE it shipped. Six weeks after placing my order I received a few of my items. The sizes were much smaller and the length of the items were much shorter than shown. It's now been three months since I placed my order and still haven't received my last two items. When I contacted Customer Service via email they first wanted $5 for express shipping, which I'd already paid for, and then $15 for some other service I didn't want and they claimed would get my items shipped. I've asked for refund on my remaining items and shipping and the link they sent me was to a website that did not work. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. Fashionmia is a scam!

I was worried about my order cause I checked out as a guest and typed in the wrong email. I got in touch with customer service explained my dilemma. Fashion Mia responded immediately. Not only did they provide me with my tracking info they gave me a date which was right on. My coat was a good price shipping was perfect. The color was perfect. I almost thought I received the wrong item cause it was packaged so well. I can't wait for winter to come so I could wear it. Keep up offering great merchandise at a reasonable price.

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Oh and btw, my order too 3 months to get to me and when it did, two of the items fell apart at the seams as I took them gently from the bag they were shipped in. Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.
Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
