Not only were the clothes too small, though they had the size listed on the tag, I didn't receive one of my items after almost 2 months and it was hell trying to get my money. There is a reason they're so cheap. They drawn you in and then screw you over
When I ordered I placed for a large maxi dress but when the order went through my confirmation email said small. I looked for a customer service phone number and there was none. I found a link to correct the error and did so within 5 minutes of the order. I also replied to the confirmation email. They did reply to my email and apologized. The representative wrote that if I gave them a 5 star review on 4 different websites they would send me the correct size for free and I would not have to return the other smaller item. I stated I would be glad to review once my transaction was completed but not before. She said they could not correct otherwise. They also do not send a return label if need to return an item... this company is in Beijing. The quality is also substandard. I would avoid ordering from them.

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolute scam and anyone who is writing on here that it's a good site isn't a real person. Horrible service - no phone number, only emailing with people who barely speak English. I ordered a bunch of shirts for a dance class - 3 showed up and the other 27 never did. I'm still trying to get a refund months later
After finally receiving a phone number via the response below, I've tried to call numerous times over the last few hours. It is during their operational hours right now, and no one answers and it doesn't let me leave a message. This does not give me hope this will get resolved. I guess it's up to mastercard now.
UPDATE: THEY STILL HAVE NOT GIVEN ME A REFUND. They asked for my paypal info, and now are trying to send me replacement clothes again. This company is just so ridiculous - it's absolutely laughable.

1. All they want is YOUR MONEY!
I found it easy and quick to place my order in early march last year (2015). I ordered several items for 260 US$. Unfortunately I hadn't checked with reviews prior to ordering. I was horrified when I read them. It took several months to get part of the ordered items. I haven't received the other part ( 3 items: sweater, boots, dress). They ignored my e-mails for months, and when they decided to respond, they gave me 48 hours to reply. I didn't, since I wasn't expecting their reply, and they closed the file.
2. Expect the size of the shoes and cloths to be half of that you chose in your order. I could not even use the items they sent me.
3. Don't expect the products to be what you saw on their website: I suspect they steal images from other webistes. Zipper teeth are so sharp they can cut your skin. Material used for clothes is so cheap and cannot last long. Goes the same for shoes. I wasted my time and money!

I ordered a dress in January after 3 weeks of waiting still nothing, 2 months nothing. Anyway previous to that I have been liaising with a lady called Zara, that's even if she exits or it's made up.
I have been following up a refund for 5 months now and to NO avail can I get my money back.
Imagine 5 months worth of emails back and forth and they say they are going to speak to a department and get it sorted. SERIOUSLY WHAT REFUND TAKES 5 MONTHS THEY ARE CLEARLY NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY and just want to rob you of your money... TRUST ME WHEN I SAY DONT DON'T DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS. The customer service is terrible and too be honest I think they are DODGEY company. Please don't be foolish all the reviews with 5 stars is definitely the company that put them up not genuine customers.

I liked the clothes but the sizes just didn't fit. Your shipping time is really long but your prices are very good.
Sadly, I fell for the ad and ordered 5 items. 2 arrived--too big. I asked for info on a return and here is the reply: We are glad that you have got the order, but we are sincerely sorry for the size problem. According to our return & exchange policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of package reception and the products in new, unused condition with original packaging. If you want to send the items back to exchange, the return-shipping fee, which is costly in some cases, needs to be afforded by yourself.
Could you please contact with your local post office ask for how much the shipping fee is? If it is cheap, you can return to us. If it is expensive, I can offer you a better solution to help you. **Note, no info on how to return, but she tells me the clock is ticking. We go back and forth, she never gives info on how to exchange the product. Not ever.
Meanwhile, I get a notice that 2 other items are out of stock. They offer to let me have credit to my account (for LESS than the value of the 2 missing items!) or to choose something else. Instead, I ask them to reverse the charges on my credit card. 3 months later, I am still asking. I found a name and email for FasionMia customer service help on Sitejabber. In the past 6 days we have gone back and forth--please refund, then she says sure, BUT... and expresses concern about international bank charges for refunds or asks for another piece of info (they have all necessary info from the original payment.) "Nina" has replied to my daily e-mails 7 times, stringing me along always with a road block or an excuse, never saying they have finally refunded my money. This has eaten up a ton of time, energy and worry, not to mention the money. And the clothes I did get are mediocre. I am so sorry I fell for this. As the Good Book says, "a fool and his money are soon parted."
Update: Thank you, Nina, for your posted comment, and moreover, for emailing me with news that you have submitted my refund. (Loud cheers!) I look forward to seeing the refund credited on my bank statement. Waiting with hope now;)
Update May 17,2016 Fashionmia reimbursed me. Be advised that they got hung up over crediting the card I used to pay. They kept asking for a paypal account--odd, since I never paid that way. I don't have paypal, but I finally had it sent to another person's paypal account on my behalf to finally be done with it. What a relief! Thank you, SiteJabber, for giving me a voice that brought results. God answered my prayer :)

Recently I ordered two skater dresses from FashionMia. It took about three weeks for the order to arrive, but that was OK with me. The dresses look pretty and are like those pictured at the site, only the fabric seems a little bit different. Make sure to order two or even three sizes larger than you usually do, since their sizes are much smaller than the american ones (use the size chart published on the site of the particular dress you are going to buy, they differ from one dress to another). Overall, I am glad with the purchase. The customer service is OK too, just don't expect an immediate response.
I was very pleased with the service from this company. Their customer service was very good. They were very fast to respond to me with questions I had. I would definitely do business with them again
I ordered the Charming Spaghetti Strap Bodycon Dress in Black size XL to wear out in the evening. The straps make the dress appear to be very sexy to me. I was disappointed once it arrived to find that it was a size too small. I was however impressed with the material. It was not thin, but a nice quality. When I contacted customer service to notify them of my intent to return the dress I was very happy to receive a prompt response. Kitty in the customer service department is very nice and cooperative. I will Try to nail the right size with more dresses soon.

I been buying from them from several month, their models are like signature brands and look as they show in the internet at a fraction of the cost I was never disappointed and if any issues arise their customer service will solve it.
I enhanced my wardrobe with at least 25 pieces from their collections and they are great.
If you order just make sure, to match your body measures with their charts as sizes run a bit smaller that in USA specially in the bust and hips depending on the model. I use M-L in USA and have to order XL - XXL on their models and... I'm very happy.
The two items I ordered were not the same in the picture. I ordered XL, they came in Sm/Med. It took two weeks to come, the items were poor/cheap quality. They described on the website as one top material was blended; it actually was sheer! They are not worth sending back I'll just give it away to someone who can fit the size. I doubt seriously I will ever order again. I could have dealt with the material, but I can not compromise the size. I couldn't get the top pass one are; that's not an XL! That I ordered.

I bought 3 items from Fashion Mia and one of them didn't fit, so I contacted Customer Service and they were more than happy to help me with returning the item and replacing with a new size. They were very accommodating, polite and helpful. I would certainly buy more items from this company.
Don't bother wasting your money! Horrible customer service for your refund. I ordered items on 4/1 and its 5/11 and I'm still waiting for a refund of over $250. Sizes are incorrect unless you have a 10 year old kids body these sizes are not for juniors or adults at all. They will not fit and you'll end up having to waste your money shipping them back with a restocking fee of %15 on top of shipping going back to China. I am 5'7 I ordered according to my measurements listed on their site with each product and its still wrong. Worst shopping experience EVER! DON'T WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS PLACE

So nothing fits. Not even close. I ordered a T-shirt in an XXL to wear as a cover up and it doesn't fit my friend's daughter who is a size 4. Plus the image on the T-shirt is completely wrong. Since it took over a month to receive the order I never even bothered to try to contact them. No receipt or shipping/return label is included with the order (for obvious reasons). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY. At worst this is a complete scam at best they simply produce a worthless/useless product.

I ordered two dresses and although it took a while to receive them, they came packaged well and the quality of the material was fantastic along with the prices of the merchandise. Unfortunately, the dress sizes were too small even though I went by the size chart for each individual item. After contacting customer service, they were willing to work out any issues without me having to spend money to return the items. They also offered any help, via email, I might need in selecting the right size for any future orders.
I cancelled an order and have received no correspondence from Fashionmia nor have I received a credit to my charge card!. I called over one week ago before i cancelled and no one returned my call... not a happy camper. I re wives notification that order was cancelled and that I. Would receive a refund to my account after posting on Sitejabber. I. Have received two texts telling me that order has been shipped now! What a joke.

Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30.
